Seaspray Condos - 100A

Dogs only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. Our minimum age to rent is 25. Two Full DP (Deep Pocket) beds in the bedroom upstairs and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room sleep up to 6 people. There is a 65" TV in the living room and 40" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a radio/CD player, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Thank you. We do provide 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella set up at the beach daily for your stay. Our pool is one of the largest on the Island. We have shuffleboard, volleyball, cornhole, horseshoes, hot saunas and coin laundry on property. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions.
