End of Summer

I took my ex-husband (he has Huntington's Disease) so he and I could spend some time with our younger daughter's boys and their brother before school started. We had fun and he enjoyed watching them interact.

Excellent location

So close to the beach, no close neighbors, and a big lot. Great views of the beach, very nice balcony. Inside was clean and the ac was very cold, which is a nice surprise for beach houses in surfside. Excellent house.

Perfect piece of paradise

The property manager made the entire process stress free. We enjoyed the layout, functionality and overall feel of the house. The only regret was having to leave this beautiful oasis.

Great beach house!

We had an amazing time at this beach house, it is so close to the ocean, we could hear the waves! It was my husband & I plus our 2 kids (16 & 21) The location was great & close to everything we needed. There was absolutely nothing better than enjoying our coffee on the porch in the morning. Can’t wait to come back!

Cute beach home, close to the water

Overall we enjoyed this home and the location of it. It fit 6 of us comfortably and you can see the water from the front porch. The homeowner was responsive and helpful. There are a few things that need some TLC though. Definitely make sure to bring bug spray for the mosquitos! We could sit on the front porch and just have a few bother us but downstairs they were really bad. Check in and check out were super easy!

Holiday weekend with family

The property is well decorated and clean. Perfect size for a larger family. Pros: You can see the water from the front deck which has a great large inset bench for everyone to sit on in the morning and have coffee. The water you see in front of you is rocks with no beach. Go to the right and you will find the jetty if you like to fish. Go to the left for about 4 minutes and you will hit the beach. Nice morning walk beach for laying out in the beach. The free beach/camp beach is 3 miles away. There is a shower head on the ground level to rinse off before heading inside the house. The beds are comfortable with fluffy pillows, so we didn't have any problem sleeping. There are places to rent kayaks, sup boards, and golf carts. There's even a golf cart lane that goes all the way down to the different free beach accesses. I'd recommend having lunch at The jetty shack about 3 minutes away. It's a small place, but the food was great. There's even a splash pad across the street from it. Cons: The water pressure is a bit weak. I don't advise both showers running at the same time as they will bounce between hot and cold if you do. There is water damage to the walls in every room. It's first noticeable in the master bedroom. This could be recent with all the storms we've been having. Overall the house was great and the host was very quick to communicate which is always appreciated. The area is growing and becoming more popular, I suspect we'll see new things next time we come.

Comfortable

Upon arrival we did get attacked by mosquitoes. Bring your repellent! Also noticed one trash can knocked over with the wheel sitting on the table downstairs. Between that and the mosquitoes, we knew downstairs hang out wasn’t an option. The porch was relaxing. Nice with a morning coffee. The inside was cool, sofas were nice to sit in with the family. The house is beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to accommodate us ranging from a coffee pot to a grill. The Beds were super comfortable. Overall it was a smooth check-in and check-out and my family enjoyed our little getaway. Ms. Tammy stayed in touch with us as we had questions, great host!

The house accommodated our party of 7 perfectly. The view of the ocean was wonderful from the deck. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was most enjoyable. The experience was wonderful and would rent again.

Perfect for our Girls Weekend

Perfect little house for our Girls Weekend. Great location - short walk to the beach and no close neighbors throwing a loud party! Tammy replied quickly to my messages and sent the lockbox code in plenty of time for our check-in. Cleaning fees were very reasonable - and the check out list was super short and simple - a MAJOR PLUS in my book!! Would definitely recommend this property and it is at the top of our list to rent again!

Amazing stay !!

The house was clean and tidy up when we arrive but it could use a deep cleaning to get on those little extra details like, baseboards, doors, vents, but other than that my family and myself love staying here, really close to the beach, and kitchen being fully equipped, overall we had great experience,

Peaceful

Great location, quiet neighborhood, 1 block from seawall. The breeze amd sounds of the water were relaxing. Enough room for 10-12. The only negative was the breakfast bar. Perfect height for small children only, difficult for adults to eat at. Would be better to remove it and put in an actual dining table.
