Beachfront Palms Villa on Flamingo Beach - PRIVATE Home at 5 Star Resort!

Villa 18- The residence is two story with two bedrooms and three baths. The residence is finished with the finest materials providing luxury in every room. The villa contains floor to ceiling double panel bi-fold doors which maximize your view of the amazing sunsets. Enjoy the beachfront views and beautiful sunsets throughout the residence and when you step out you are less than fifty steps to the white sandy beach!

The Palms has twenty four hour guard gated privacy and two pools with a creek connecting them with attractive tropical landscaping throughout the complex. There is a full equipment Gym with a beautiful ocean view. The resort offers water sports equipment (kayaks, surf boards, boogie boards).

Daily cleaning is included in the rental of the property. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available on site.

There is a common barbecue area that boasts brand new state of the art Viking grills situated under an attractive Palapa roof.

The business center, located at The Palms entrance, has brand new desktop computers with high speed Internet. In addition there is a fax/scanner/printer/copier in the business center. Also a free international vonage line.

Love the Palms Villas

We have stayed here several times. The villa is clean, very well stocked and the upgrades in this villa are wonderful! Keith is an excellent host. Communicates very well. The staff at the Palms are exceptional- thoughtful, kind and consistent. You will love staying here! Oh and the sunsets are heavenly!

Perfect spot on Playa Flamingo for family of 4

We were a family of four and had a wonderful stay at this condo over New Years. The condo itself has everything, beds were comfortable, patio and balconies were nice for eating/reading outside, and we got great use out of the kitchen. The Palms is a beautiful property with nice pools,water toys free to use, a lovely outdoor grill area, a great massage

Amazing trip!

Wow! What an amazing trip and property! Keith was an amazing host always checking in to make sure we were happy. The property is so special. Small and a community vibe with the other guests. You can seriously walk to the beach in minutes! My family had such a great time and we will 100% be back!

Great Property, with an excellent staff. Grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Beach and sunsets were some of the best we have experienced. Family Beach Vacation

Our 5 person family really enjoyed our stay at The Palms. Keith, the Villa owner, was very helpful and attentive. The Staff at The Palms was very gracious and kind. They helped us with excursions and dinner reservations / recommendations. A super big plus is the fact that you are right on the beach and a beautiful one at that!!!

Beautiful villa and resort

Villa is lovely and the beach, pools, and bar are a wonderful setup. Our family has been to a lot of beaches and the easy access to the beautiful beach is really nice We fell in love with Costa Rica and this location. Keith, the owner was exceptionally helpful with food recommendations and other questions. We were 5 stars happy with our stay.

Paradise in CR

If you are looking for a location, you can call Paradise, this is it. From the amenities to the service to the location, this property is hard to beat. The only risk of giving this review is it it will be harder to rent, but I think everyone should have a chance to experience time at this property The host goes above beyond and the staff does as well.

Fantastic vacation villa

My family stayed at the Palms Villa over Xmas. The property is superbly appointed, just steps from the pools and pristine beach. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with lots of tips and contacts, and the concierge helped us book several excursions which were fantastic. Very quiet and relaxing. Definitely 5 stars, and I'm a picky customer. Top notch.

Amazing stay

The owner reached out ahead of my stay to make sure all was good to go. The check in process was easy and the villa was very clean and extremely well supplied. Pools are clean and service is good. Beach is one of the prettiest in Costa Rica. Nice outdoor grilling area. The only negative i can say is that they aren’t very hospitable toward children, so if you have small children you might want to look elsewhere!

Fantastic property and great host!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Palms with Keith! The unit was very clean and well maintained with very comfortable beds. Keith was very responsive and helpful. The ice maker was broken but he arranged for ice delivery. There were no boogie boards but Keith had one delivered. The grounds, beach and pool areas were amazing and relaxing. It was nice to be close to the marina because we arranged for 2 tours for boating and snorkeling. Overall, an amazing stay!
