The property was great. There were some issues at check in that the House Keeping Inspector should have caught (she was on the property as I checked in) and I was left to manage these issue out with Surfside Realty. I will say they handled the issues but it did impact the first 3 days of our trip. Outside maintenence was non existent this week. That was disappointing but did not reflect on the interior of the property. I would rent this house again. A grill is needed on premise.
