Our family had a great experience! Condo was clean, host was very responsive, amenities were perfect! Multiple pools as well as onsite cafe was super convenient for us with young children!

We were celebrating our 60th birthdays. We had a great time. We stayed a week after the hurricane and everything was up and running.

The condo was very nice and clean. The view was absolutely gorgeous. I do wish the pools were open until 12am. The amenities were great. The beds are very comfy and kitchen had pots and pan and dishware. I would definitely stay here again.

Views for miles from the top!

Very nicely appointed condo. The patio furniture is quite nice, with 2 loungers and 2 cushioned chairs. Beds are comfortable, and the sofa is great after a day in the Sun for a quick nap. The property itself is a great location with ample beach space.

We recently stayed here for a family vacation and overall had a great experience. The top floor view was absolutely beautiful and one of our favorite parts of the trip. The condo is nicely decorated, and the living areas and bedrooms felt updated, comfortable, and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, and the convenience of being so close to the beach was a huge bonus.We also loved having access to the beach and café on-site, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The owners were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.A few areas could use improvement. The bathrooms are a bit dated compared to the rest of the condo and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. While having a washer and dryer was appreciated, it is extremely small—only large enough to wash a couple of beach towels at a time.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider returning, especially for the amazing view, beach access, comfortable beds, and responsive owners.

Very nice condo. Would have liked the refrigerator/freezer to have an ice maker. Had to buy bags of ice throughout week for drinks. Also, the condo only had 1 set of evelators in operation.

Overall good, some complaints

Housekeeping was in there right before we arrived, so it should have been changed. Deadbolt was on door, but not functional. Sliding door in master bedroom did not lock. Toilet paper holder in bathroom would not stay on wall. Keurig probably needs to be descaled. Coffee did not taste right.

While we are so happy that you had a great stay, we would have loved the opportunity to help you with the maintenance items you listed! We do have a full time maintenance staff who are happy to help 7 days a week to change any lightbulbs. We corrected the flickering light bulb the day you called us about it. Our electronic lock is a very secure lock and will not work with an additional deadbolt. The sliding door lock and TP holder were both repaired during your stay. We try to respond quickly so that you can have a stress free vacation and focus on the beach annd rays. BBV

Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at the Pelican Beach Resort 3 years in a row now and this was our best experience yet. The views from the balcony were incredible and we loved watching the dolphins swim while drinking our morning coffee. So glad the pools were heated... I can’t imagine staying in Destin in April at a place without heated pools. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus... upon booking, I’m not sure this was noted, so we were pleasantly surprised to find both washer/dryer IN the unit itself. Years past, we dealt with putting on wet suits and using damp towels, so it was a game changer to be able to pop them in the dryer before heading to the beach/pool. The management team was accommodating and very friendly. We arrived early and they were able to let us get into the room earlier than the 4pm check in time. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Overall great condo - not kid proof so not ideal for small toddlers but that is not anything against the condo or the host! The pools and the beach access and tiki bar on site were so nice and the reason we would come back and stay here again! Master bedroom very comfy too
