This beautifully decorated, 2BR/2BA condo sleeps a maximum of 6 guests and features floor to ceiling windows with endless gulf views! There is tiled floors throughout, a fabulous kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steal appliances, and a washer/dryer for additional convenience. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a soak tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and there's also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Pelican Beach Resort offers all the amenities you’d expect in a luxurious resort condominium! This Beach Front Resort offers spacious meeting facilities, THREE Pools including Gulf Front pool, Lake Front pool at The Terrace, an indoor/outdoor pool (seasonally heated), kiddie pool, laundry facilities on each floor, TWO fitness centers, outdoor gas grills, tennis courts, and even a video game room!

The Pelican Tiki Bar is the lively beachside bar – stop by and ask your friendly bartender to mix you a refreshing drink to take to the beach or sit by the pool. The Pelican Beach Café brews fresh coffee and is open for breakfast mornings at 8 serving yummy pastries and breakfast sandwiches. You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach (note, this is closed November to January) You can even order a beach set up right at the private boardwalk leading to the beach. This room and the facility was amazing. The room was as advertised. It had 2 balconies which was really nice. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture was comfortable. The facility was large , had multiple pools and hot tubs and a tiki bar which was nice. It was off season, so during busy season I could see it probably get very crowded. The room was clean and nice , management responded. I would recommend this property in the future. The view was amazing from the living room.

Breath taking view!

Rooms were clean and the view was amazing because this was a corner unit, we could see two different directions. Definitely recommend this room.

Views can’t be beat!

We had a great week in this unit. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The views were amazing! We watched dolphins from the balcony a couple times during our stay. The heated pools were great for the cooler weather, although we enjoyed the beach as well. There is a lot to do nearby and even several places within walking distance.

Early summer Destin getaway

Our family of 5 booked the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The view was great from the balcony. It was easy to get to the beach and enjoy spending time with the family on the awesome white sand beaches of Destin. We were close to different amenities. Walmart and a grocery store were close by to get our supplies for the week. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for everything we did. Loved the views of the ocean. Had great communication with the management company regarding an issue we had. Only downside to the condo was that the A/C never got cool. Seemed overly warm the entire time.

The most amazing family stay in place!

Where do I start… the place is clean in and out. Pool are amazing and clean. I enjoyed the commodity and the carts to help you take luggage's in and out of the condo room. The elevators were fast. Over all my family and I enjoyed our vacation to its fullest and it was such an easy access to the beach and fun places around! 5 starts would be overrated! Book here you won’t regret it.

Check in was seamless. Property is great . Second year staying at Pelican Beach Resort . Lots of amenities. Staff members always smiling and willing to help with whatever you need. The condo was perfect . Space was great for 2 adults and 2 14 year old boys. Very clean ,plenty of towels /wash rags. Kitchen was stocked with all that you would need. Perfect view from both balconies and windows! Would definitely stay again!

The location is excellent! The view was amazing!

The view was amazing and Destin is a great place to travel with friends or as a family. We ate at some amazing restaurants and took up some parasailing! My only suggestions for the condo is that they should provide some more essentials like a couple more rolls of toilet paper and paper towel. Maybe some coffee filters. Especially for this that do not have a car and have to Uber to the store each time they run out of something. Other than that, everything was amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone!

A great break from winter

It's a good property that was undergoing some maintenance and appearance updates during our stay, with the biggest issue being some daytime construction noise, debris, and some elevators unavailable so that workers and construction material could be transported. Most of the time we were out on the beach or the surrounding area during the day, so the inconvenience was minimal. By the time we left, the work appeared to be nearly complete, so the last days were more normal. Great area, great beach, and it worked out fine for us. we especially enjoyed the view afforded by this corner unit.
