Slide open the door and walk right out to the personal large patio that sits on the beautiful beach. The spacious patio is perfect for dining and BBQing and hanging out watching the waves or for beach activities like beach massages or bargaining with beach vendors for Mexican souvenirs.
This private property right on the ocean has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The living room also has a fold out queen bed and a second fold out full bed for additional sleeping.

Such a perfect location! Loved being on the beach - spent hours with toes in the sand and collecting seashells! The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. Super quick to get into restaurants and shops but well away from the hustle of the resorts (which is exactly what we were looking for!) Can’t wait for our next stay!
Condo is literally steps away from the water and a perfect beach!

New year stay

The condo was comfortable and quiet! The outdoor space amazing. Patio had beautiful views and lots of space so you can enjoy the Sea of Cortez! Lots of tide pools for exploring! We all enjoyed our stay thank you!

Amazing beachfront condo

This condo was exactly as presented in the pictures. It is directly on the beach, as well appointed, and the beds were super comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook meals, and even play on the beach. Thank you very much for hosting our family. Your condo made our vacation, perfect!

Beautiful Oceanfront Stay!

We loved the patio that is right on the beach. Clean and quite beach with beautiful sunsets. We saw dolphins while we enjoyed our morning coffee, then we got a massage right on the back patio. The area is close enough to enjoy the Rocky Point bars, restaurants and shopping, and just far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the beach without the crowds. We have already made plans to come back to this property.

Beautiful view

We could not believe the beautiful view was accurate until we saw it with our own eyes. We sat at the dining room table watching and listening to the waves. Our neighbors saw dolphins throughout the day, but we missed those moments. It felt very safe walking the dog in the neighborhood and we met several lovely neighbors.

Visiting From Phoenix June 2025

I recommend this condo. It literally sits directly on the beach. We are frequent travelers to Rocky Point but we always stay at Sonoran Sky. This was our first stay in Las Conchas. All of the furniture was very comfortable in the living room and the bedrooms. There is a tv in the living room with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are not any tv's in the bedrooms. We didn't care about that but other people might. The beach vendors came every day which we really enjoy. We got a massage right on our patio. The neighborhood is extremely safe. All the neighbors were Americans with their families and dogs. Everyone was extremely friendly and neighborly. The owners of the condo stayed in constant communication and responded very quickly if needed. The listing for the condo says that it has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. It doesn't have any of these appliances. Not something that we care about, but it probably shouldn't be in the listing. The electricity went out a couple of times. The neighbors say that it's common. It came right back on within 10 minutes each time. If you're not familiar with the area you should know that the water is brought in. So you need to be very conservative with your water use for things like showering and flushing toilets. Not a negative thing just something to be aware of. The owners left lots of beach friendly toys and two umbrellas for the patio. Patio has tables and chairs and lounge chairs. We will definitely want to stay here again
