Enjoy the beauty of the Sea of Cortez from this vibrant 3-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront condo in the exclusive Las Conchas community. Perfect for up to 6 guests, the home features bright, beach-inspired décor and direct access to the sand — making it ideal for relaxing getaways.

Step inside through an inviting entryway with a round stone table and wicker chairs. The living room features soft yellow walls, a comfortable modern sofa, orange patterned armchairs, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with DVD, VCR, and WiFi. The dining area includes a glass-top table with seating for six.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, beech wood cabinets, and new appliances including a microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker — everything you need for dining in.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and large closet. The second bedroom features colorful bedding and dark wood furnishings, while the third includes a queen-size bed with neutral tones for a calm, cozy feel. All three bathrooms feature granite countertops, walk-in travertine showers, and updated modern fixtures.

Step out to the back patio that leads straight to the beach — complete with a charcoal BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor meals and sunset views.

comfort with a great view

Very nicely finished unit, probably best for max of four guests. Loved the cushioned deck chair and loveseat, great to have a very comfortable spot to watch the sea and expansive sunset views.

this condo has multiple steps inside and out. we are all seniors and these steps can be very dangerous. I think the listing should mention these steps so senior visitors can make a wise decision.

Very nice accommodations. Stylish and well kept. Immaculately clean. There are some weird steps inside, you just need to be aware of where they are. Nice, quiet area. The beach was quiet as it’s still off season I think. Great tide pools right outside your door at low tide. Great sunsets from the patio. It was our first visit to the Puerto Penasco area and we were not disappointed.

The accommodations had been recently renovated and were beautiful, comfortable and very welcoming. We had everything we needed. It simplified our family vacation so much, being able to stay directly on the beach vs hauling all the snacks and beach toys and shade umbrellas etc.Everything in our rental was clean and worked. Reservation management at Oceano Rentals has always been courteous, very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them!

We were looking for an ocean front property with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Las Olas fit the requirements so we booked our trip. when we arrived we were very pleased to find the accommodations were as advertised. The condo was large enough for us to be comfortable without getting lost. We enjoyed a very pleasant 5 days in wonderful Las Conchas.

Disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as described. Very nice inside and had the amenities described. The problem was there was construction going on next door, less than 10 feet away, and they started at 7:15 am with tools and loud radio. We were not able to sleep past 7:15 am nor could we go out on the patio and have a quiet cup of morning coffee.Went to the office the first day it happened, and the office assured us they would take care of the problem. Nothing changed over the next 3 days. When leaving and checking out at the office I again informed them that nothing changed with construction and radio noise after they had spoken to them. I believe it was the office manager I spoke with when leaving and he stated he would talk to the owner of the property about a possible refund of some sort. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard back from the company.
