Olas #1is a quaint 3 bedroom condo on the beach. Everything you needed was available. It was four of us and I did find it a little cramped. But being right on the beach made up of that. Would rent again!!Thank you Chuck!

The living area is a little small. The atrium is a waste of space would like if there was more room around the sinks to put stuff on in the bathrooms, but, we may do because of the nice location.

Walk right out the back door to the beach. Clean and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Working AC (we didn't need it but it was on when we arrived). Easy check in and convenient to get to town.

Very nice accommodations. Stylish and well kept. Immaculately clean. There are some weird steps inside, you just need to be aware of where they are. Nice, quiet area. The beach was quiet as it’s still off season I think. Great tide pools right outside your door at low tide. Great sunsets from the patio. It was our first visit to the Puerto Penasco area and we were not disappointed.

comfort with a great view

Very nicely finished unit, probably best for max of four guests. Loved the cushioned deck chair and loveseat, great to have a very comfortable spot to watch the sea and expansive sunset views.

The home suited our needs perfectly. The proximity to the ocean was what we wanted. Enjoyed the deck every evening.The kitchen is has enough stuff in it to make a meal. But the dishes are very, very heavy. Some are cracked and chipped. The walls in the master bath could use a swipe with a cloth up higher. We were surprised that there was no blow dryer. Otherwise the home is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

this condo has multiple steps inside and out. we are all seniors and these steps can be very dangerous. I think the listing should mention these steps so senior visitors can make a wise decision.

If I was just going there on Vacation I would strongly reccomend this house.
