This has been many people’s personal favorite for one reason: the view.

There’s nothing like waking up every morning and feeling the sun shining through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room while you sip your coffee and contemplate the day. It literally feels like you're up in a treehouse. The covered patio is a great place to enjoy the fresh air and view.

This unit features two bedrooms and a “Hollywood” bathroom, which has a second sink/vanity in the Master Bedroom that can be closed off from the main bathroom.

This is the perfect place for a family coming to enjoy what Austin has to offer or could house up to three couples for a music festival or a weekend out on the town. There is one king bed and a full-size bed in the smaller second bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, such as coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric water boiler, toaster, blender, cookware, silverware, ceramic and plastic dishes, four burner stove, oven, microwave, and even a press pot! And we have an instant Pot, popcorn popper, waffle iron, and hand mixer upon request.

Other amenities include: beach towels for Barton Springs, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, extra bath towels and linens, Roku HD TV with antenna for local channels, board games, high-speed internet, shampoo, conditioner and other basic bathroom essentials.

The Treehouse was well stocked for a weeks stay and the location is excellent. Everything was clean and as shown in the photos. Very close to Barton Springs and all that Zilker Park has to offer. Easy to jump on Lamar & Congress or drive into downtown. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in the Treehouse. The location is great with close proximity to the park. The apartment was well stocked and nicely appointed with a great back deck. The only downsides were that it could be a bit small for 4 or more persons and one of the neighbors is a smoker which we found to be annoying.

Hi Rich, We are glad you enjoyed your overall stay at the Treehouse. As far as it being a bit small for 4 people, we have mentioned in the listing that the 2nd bedroom is small and has a double bed. We should also have a floor plan in our photos. I wish we had been told of your smoking neighbor since we would have asked to keep it out of your space, but we do allow smoking on the patios. This is the first time we have heard of a neighbor in the 6 unit complex from bothering another guest with smoking. Sorry about that! Next time you come to Austin, you should consider staying in one of our duplexes down the block with permanent non-smoking neighbors and more spacious for a group of 4. Hope to see you back soon! Nice place, perfect for our needs, super convenient. I would definitely return for a night or too. The only thing to note is: it might be difficult for older people or those with mobility challenges. I took my 82 year old aunt to Austin with me. She did ok with the hill and stairs, but it took her a minute to navigate, her knees are scheduled to be replaced soon… otherwise she would have been fine, but she is active and healthy. If I took her back I would choose to stay elsewhere. I was okay with it, I’m 63, and my grandson had no problem at all.The beds and sofa were very comfortable and the back patio was very nice. The neighborhood is safe and nice. It’s quiet and peaceful; in the morning, I woke to the birds singing. My aunt got up early and watched the cardinals fly around. The unit is well supplied, I didn’t use the kitchen, but it seemed to have all condiments and filtered water, ice trays, etc.

Great Spot for Austin

I only stayed for one night but really enjoyed the condo. Great location, within walking distance to Barton Springs and a short drive to great restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as advertised. Had everything we needed for a wonderful visit. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, Zilker and just around the (hilly) neighborhood. I love to sit outside to drink my coffee and read so the covered balcony was great. The only thing I’d recommend would be to get different chairs for that area because the ones there were very uncomfortable.

Wonderful place to stay
