Great family trip! The only downside to this place was the 50 per car. Seemed really excessive.

We are glad you had a wonderful family trip. Pine Mountain Lake is a private, gated community. A one-time $50 fee per vehicle is required upon entry—paid directly to the HOA. This pass is valid for 7 days and covers access to amenities in the community. Nearly all rentals in the area require this fee, which helps maintain the grounds, facilities, and security for guests.

This was a very nice home. It had everything we needed, and it is roomy, clean and comfy. We had 2 couples but the home could easily accommodate 6 or even 8 people. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions and made everything clear and easy. Groveland has plenty of dining options within just a couple of minutes. We were there to visit Yosemite. The park entrance is perhaps 30 minutes away. Would definitely recommend for a Yosemite vacation. Hope to stay there again someday.

We loved the house. Such a great location if wanting to visit Yosemite. Clean and very organized. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Plenty of room for a big family. Super cute lake right down the street. Would highly recommend.

Great stay for our Yosemite adventure! (30 min to the western gate, 60 to the “Yosemite Valley Welcome Center.”) Very responsive hosts for addressing the inevitable glitch - all handled seamlessly. Beautiful, open layout between very usable & well supplied kitchen and the living room. Basement game room / kids bunk room was a nice extra.

Great house, nice big kitchen, super comfy beds, game room is perfect for watching movies and the driveway is easy to get in and out of. Rolling beach carry came in handy for bringing the chairs and umbrella with us. We'd stay here again in the future!

Safe and Gated Family Getaway

Great location and close to Yosemite park. Other than running out of hot water and extra fee per vehicle to enter the community grounds for the house, everything was perfect. Clean and large enough for multiple families. Had a great one night stay.

Great Location

Our stay was great, and this house was located walking distance to Pine Mountain Lake. We happen to be there during a heat wave so extra fans in the game room would have really helped.

Lots of space and great location. Our teenagers enjoyed the game room and the kitchen is nice with plenty of counter space. The beds were comfortable and the master bedroom is huge! The other bedrooms were a decent size. The garage has a ping pong table where we played some games. Great stay!
