We loved the location and the view was magnificent. The owners were very warm and welcoming. Overall, this was a wonderful, relaxing stay and we will definitely be back!

This is a great place for a couple to stay. The house was in a great location with access to the lake. The hosts were welcoming and helpful with where to go in the area. The house was comfortable with beautiful views of the lake.

Great location. Great view, Great Host! We truley enjoyed our 4th of July weekend at this amazingly location. Visited daily by a cute boxer named Diesel just made it that much better! Easy walk to the marina for drinks and entertainment. Book now

The owner was wonderful and kind! He was very helpful and accommodating to meet all our needs. The view cannot be beat. We had an unobstructed view of the lake and it was perfect for our weekend away to relax.

Right on the water

Don≤ta(and Diesel) were the most amazing hosts. The house has the BEST view of the lake, great view of boat activity, very close to the boat ramp which is great for launching a kayak. The house has everything and more you could want for a getaway or holiday weekend! The house is cozy with amazing views, great coffee and fun games. Neighborhood is great for walking! Would recommend this property and will stay again! The hosts are so nice, easy and quick to communicate with and treat you like family! We enjoyed our stay so much!

View was great however the house wasn't clean. Had to wipe down the bathroom and put clean sheets on the bed. Kitchen sink and stove top had dried food on it. Toilet seat was broken so we had to sit carefully to avoid falling in the floor. The internet quit working on the first day we were there. Disappointing trip to say the least.

It’s difficult to remedy issue's when you’re not aware they exist. I met Cindy & Danny while walking the first morning of their stay. I wasn’t informed of any issues! Had any of these issues been brought to my attention I would have resolved them immediately! I want guests to be happy! I am disappointed in this outcome!

Million Dollar View Experience❤️

My overall impression was the awesome lakeside view, watching the beautiful sunrise on the lake, the heartwarming coffee they had for us, the fine Gilbertsville hospitality, the relaxing most comfortable futon, loved kayaking, the little balcony to enjoy the quietness, the lit up wall full of lighthouses was beautifully romantic at night, the two comfy bamboo chairs with foot rests. Oh, that’s just a few of the features that come with that million dollar view! And, I left accomplishing exactly what I went for: to leave feeling 100% rested and refreshed from a busy summer of gardening, mowing and mulching. Thank you, Don & Leta, and Diesel! I will recommend this cottage to our son and a couple others❤️‼️
