You will have access to the entire upper home. So your space is for you and you only. Complete privacy.

-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-NO PETS allowed
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house
-Only use the bins provided (please see photo attached)
-Laundry is to be done from 10 am to 10 pm ONLY.
