Updated & Charming Home in Loveland

Adorable home in the heart of Loveland, within walking distance of bike trail and restaurants. Whether you're in town visiting family or for fun, it makes for a perfect quiet retreat from the day. Many guests have enjoyed the fenced in yard, wrap-around porch, and 10 minute walk to downtown Loveland and the bike trail. The space
Our space is a definitely a classic (built around 1872), but has been updated with all new appliances, fresh paint and love. Although we are not there full time, it is still our home many times throughout the year so it is full of character and personal touches.

It has three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed.
In addition to the bedrooms and other living spaces, there's also a comfy loft space upstairs, a wrap around porch and fenced in yard.

It's nestled near the heart of downtown Loveland within walking distance to the trail, restaurants and parks.

This beautiful historic house had everything we needed for cooking meals, and relaxing. it is within walking distance to the historic downtown district with lots of shops and restaurants. The walk/bike trail is close by as well. The backyard and porch were nice for eating and relaxing. Thanks for allowing to stay!

This was a great place to stay for our family. We were in the area for a sports camp for our son. Kitchen was well stocked, pans were easy to use and clean, plenty of spices and utensils. Perfect place to stay for our visit to Kings Island. Easy drive to and from the park. The home is very clean, has everything you need, and is super charming older but with so many modern updates. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. So glad we checked out the downtown area- it’s so cute and has so much! My husband said that out of the 30 homes we’ve stayed at in the past 7 years, this was his favorite. Between the quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything, the charm of the home and the downtown area…I loved it, too, and will definitely book again when we come back!

Was adequate to our needs, clean and in a nice area. Only negative was that it was listed as having 2 bathrooms. In reality second bathroom was just a toilet and wash basin. So I would have expected it to be listed as 1 1/2 baths.

Relaxing and Quiet Home

We loved the idea of staying in an older home. This house was very quiet, with very comfortable beds. The house was fully stocked from games to spices, and gourmet coffee pods. With the fenced in backyard we spent the evening catching fireflies. Location is just a few blocks from downtown and the bike trail in Loveland. And within walking distance to an ice cream shop for those warm evenings strolls.In all of our years of renting through VRBO this is one of our top picks. We will be back.

Adorable house in quiet neighborhood

My family was in town for my nephew’s wedding in historic Loveland. Victoria’s home is conveniently located and walking distance to downtown Loveland and the rail trail. House worked well for 5 adults. Our 2 doodles enjoyed the large fenced backyard. Extremely clean and communication with host was easy. Would definitely stay again.

This place was a wonderful old home with so much character! 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath gave us all enough space that 5 people were not on top of one another. The back yard was large and my in-laws dog had plenty of room to get out her energy. It is backed up to woods so the view was spectacular! I have already recommended this place to a ton of parents for when we have to go back each year for competitions!

This home in Loveland, Ohio was absolutely amazing in so many ways. It looks like a doll house from the outside. It is located just outside of Cincinnati proper, and it is only 12-15 minutes from the Cincinnati Open Tennis tournament. It is in a quaint little town with many restaurants within walking distance. The front wraparound porch was so inviting. We sat there for coffee in the morning and had a glass of wine in the evening. There was also a porch swing. It has a lovely back yard that is fenced in. Inside, you will find a gorgeous, updated kitchen with everything you could need. The living room/den was very cozy and there is a smart TV. One bedroom is downstairs and the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The beds are quite comfortable. One full bath can be found downstairs, and a half bath is upstairs. The house feels so welcoming. The owner is delightful, and she has thought of everything that one could possibly need. I will tell all my friends and family about this gem. I hope to stay there again in the future.
