Welcome to The Sunrise Inn!
Our home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard or try your hand at pinball or one of the 60 games on the cocktail arcade machine. Relax next to the propane firepit with the whole crew.
The kitchen has been stocked with everything you need to prepare meals.
The coffee and tea station is fully stocked with drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, and electric kettle. Coffee and teas are provided.

- Room darkening curtains and Dohm sound machines in all bedrooms

-Up to 2 cars in the driveway and free street parking
The location:
- 3 miles off of 275.
- Kroger grocery store is a half mile away.
- The recently opened DVD Brew is only 1.3 miles away (their Red Ale is my favorite!)
- Less than a mile away from historic downtown Loveland and all that it has to offer - delicious restaurants, adorable boutiques, coffee shops, brewery and taprooms, and of course, the Loveland Bike Trail! Bike, canoe, walk, and enjoy the beautiful parks our city has to offer. There’s always something going on in Loveland!
- Kings Island is about 7.5 miles away.
- Downtown Cincinnati is about 20 miles away.
House rules:
- No smoking or vaping inside the home. Any cigarette smoke or marijuana smell in the home upon checkout will result in a $500 fee.
- No parties - parties will not be tolerated by our neighbors
- Quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am
- Guests must adhere to pet rules listed below
- Children must be supervised at all times
- Wi-Fi must stay always plugged in, because the interior climate controls require Wi-Fi to function.
Pet rules and conditions:
- No more than 2 dogs under 50 lbs each
- Pets must be registered on the reservation request at the time of booking
- Pet fee of $50 per stay
- Pick up and dispose of pet waste in the outdoor trash cans. Failure to pick up pet waste will result in a $150 fee.
- Don’t leave animals unsupervised
- Dogs must be on leash outside, because the yard is not fully fenced
- Pets must be housebroken
- Pets must be crated if left unattended indoors
- Excessive pet hair or cleaning required may result in an additional $100 cleaning fee
- Dogs are not to be left outside unattended
- Excessive barking outdoors is not permitted.
- There are two exit gates in the back yard. Guests are responsible for ensuring all gates are closed prior to allowing dogs off leash. Please assess the back yard prior to allowing your dog off leash – you know your dog best!
- By accepting this booking, the guest releases the owner of all responsibility for off leash dogs.
A few notes:
- The following areas of the home are used for owner storage and are not accessible to guests: the garage, backyard shed, entry closet, and green bedroom closet.
- Allergen alert - While we do our best to thoroughly clean between guests, this home is pet-friendly and may not be appropriate for guests with pet allergies.
- Fun fact: We got engaged in the living room of this house in 2014. Paul’s kids wrote and performed a song for our proposal – so sweet!!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage, backyard shed, entry closet, and green bedroom closet.
