When choosing this place keep in mind it is a very old house so expect cosmetic imperfections. However everything works, the beds are comfortable! And really everything you need is there. Our family of 3 was happy staying there on our trip to Kings Island.
Our stay was very enjoyable. Check in was seamless and check out had only a short list which made checking out not feel like a hassle in the early morning. The neighbors are very nice and with the parks nearby, created a comfortable atmosphere. One thing I was not expecting was a gas range, I love to cook so this was a wonderful surprise. Overall, we had a great stay and I would definitely recommend anyone to this property.
I came to visit family and it was great to have a place right up the road from them

Disliked: Listing accuracy
We stayed for 6 days in June. The house is in a nice location with plenty of services close by. Very quiet with a walkable neighborhood, and a nearby park. Check-in information was accurate and a simple process. The house was mostly as pictured; heat and A/C, fridge, and stove all worked fine. The queen bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi had good speed and coverage. There were several issues we were not pleased with: there is a lack of linens provided: only 2 towels and washcloths per bedroom, one bathroom hand towel, and no kitchen linens, despite no dishwasher. For a 6 day stay, we needed to do laundry but the washer tub had water standing in it and an error code on the control panel, so off to the laundromat we went. The toilet was slow in flushing when we arrived and became worse with each use. By the 2nd day it was mostly plugged, so we texted the manager/owner and reported the problem; he said he’d get someone out and keep us posted. We didn’t hear anything back, so we texted the next morning and he replied they would be out that day, which they were and resolved the problem. A couple other safety issues: there is no walkway to the front porch, only grass, but there are decorative rocks beside the steps, so it is possible to trip over a rock if you don’t know it’s there when the grass is taller. A couple other issues were: several slats in the ‘blinds’ (window coverings)were broken; unfinished areas (bathroom), outdoor chairs were torn and unsafe.

They informed me the washing machine was broken and we had to get a replacement. This could not be done immediately and unfortunately was not accomplished before the end of their stay. We provide the exact same amount of towels and linens for every stay, and have for almost 10 years. For almost every guest this works great, saves money, so we can provide great rates. They clogged the toilet. We plunged it with the plunger on site, and cleared it in under 3 minutes. They could have done this, but we got there as quickly as we could after being contacted. Lastly, the yard and lack of walkway is exactly as it's shown in the pictures. We don't change the house between guests to make things different or more difficult. It's only the guests that change. Thanks, Seth
Bed was pretty comfortable but I was also exhausted after working outside all day. It was older but very clean and an excellent price. Would be glad to stay here again without hesitation and I plan on it next week.
Very nice house in extremely nice neighborhood, with friendly neighbors....large fenced in backyard...washer & dryer in a very "unique" basement....only about 20min to Cincinnati....nearby food includes Cincy favorites Skyline Chili and Graeter 's ice cream ...Will definitely stay again when the opportunity arises to be in the area...
Spent 3 nights at this quiet, cozy home after major surgery. I needed atmosphere to rest, sleep and recover. So I chose to not go to my home but rather to where I could be taken care of in peace with rotating caregivers. It was EXACTLY what I needed!
Stayed the weekend for the Cincinnati Open with my family and our dogs. The house was the perfect size for us, the beds were comfy and the backyard was fenced in. The house is on the older side and does have some cosmetic imperfections which we didn’t mind since all worked as it should. The dead end street was very quiet over the weekend with little to no traffic. Close to the grocery store and our venue. Our host, Seth, was very responsive and able to help answer questions and with an issue we had during our stay, that was resolved timely.
The area is nice east check in I will say it’s not the cleanest I saw dog poop under the bed in the 1st bedroom it was old and dried up in the second bedroom there was dust piles sitting right in the center as if someone swept it into a pile and left it there are stains on the couch that look like no but it was quiet and affordable and not bad we were charge 30 for a cleaning fee but the house was not 100% clwanliness im ocd with dirt and stuff so yes
We came into town for a wedding and loved staying here. Cute house with everything you'd need! Superb location... close to everything. Downtown Loveland is amazing! Thank you Seth for sharing your home with us.
It was the right size for what we needed for our soccer tournament weekend. The beds were VERY comfortable! The TV was fine but if you have 4 people you may feel squeezed in. Extra dining chairs are available but not ideal if you’re watching a movie. Overall, it’s an older property with some things that you just have to let go of because the price and location is great. We LOVED the downtown area of Loveland for food options. We also really appreciated the extra large fenced in yard for our dogs. That was a must and it worked perfectly!
