Crescent Beach Retreat - Steps to Sand - Pet Friendly

Welcome to your relaxing Crescent Beach retreat, a bright and comfortable one-bedroom apartment located just steps from the sand. The apartment accommodates up to four guests and features a queen-size bed, a convertible futon, central air conditioning and heating, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.

The well-equipped kitchen includes essential appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and a standard drip coffee maker. A dining table provides seating for up to four guests.

The full bathroom features a walk-in shower, storage space, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and fresh bath towels. Beach towels are also provided for your convenience.

Step outside the apartment to enjoy the Crescent Beach view and refreshing coastal breeze. Beach access is only moments away; however, please note that the ocean is not visible from inside the unit.

One parking space is available inside the property, facing Cubbedge Road. If you need space for an additional vehicle, please contact us in advance so we can confirm availability.

A shared, paid laundry room is located in the downstairs common area near Unit 4. The washer and dryer are not located inside the apartment.

The smart TV provides access to popular streaming apps, but subscriptions are not included. Guests may log in using their own credentials and should sign out before departure.

The property is pet-friendly with prior approval. A nonrefundable pet fee applies per stay. Crescent Beach also welcomes leashed dogs, making this a wonderful destination for guests traveling with pets.

Historic downtown St. Augustine, St. George Street, restaurants, shopping, boating, and local attractions are approximately 20–25 minutes away by car.

The room/apt was wonderful! We were there for 2 weeks and it was a great vacation.We were so thankful we booked that apt .It was very new clean and beautiful.Angela had everything that you needed like sheets towels even shampoo conditioner and body wash.It was very cozy for my husband and I ..We will definitely book again Also you could see the beach from the outside sitting on the porch chairs and a few steps to the beach

Cute condo steps from the beach. Very clean and comfortable. My family had a great little getaway weekend. Both the bed and the futon were comfy, so the three of us slept well. It was awesome being so close to the beach, we could easily go back and forth. Winn Dixie and Publix were just a short drive away, so we took advantage of the kitchen.
