Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this stay. Sitting on the porch with a book, watching the ocean come and go was so restful. I even photographed a double rainbow over the beach, after a brief fierce rain fall.The unit smaller than expected but we quickly accommodated. Everything was clean. Ample supply of basic needs.The hosts were always available via Vrbo.Checking in and out was a little difficult because of the lack of shopping trolleys. I suspect they had not been returned after use. Nothing to do with the hosts.

Great property, perfectly located, with views you can’t beat. Access to the water is just down the hall. Highly recommend this listing to anyone be looking to stay in Crescent Beach/ St. Augustine Beach area.

The beach view was amazing and exceeded our expectations. We watched a beautiful the sunrise every morning! The location was perfect for us to attend a show at St. Augustine Amphitheater. The condo was spotless and comfortable with everything we needed to cook. Our hosts were quick to reply to any questions we had. We will definitely come back for a longer stay in the near future. This was just a perfect week. Stephen was very responsive and was able to answer any questions I had. I was looking for a reset and relaxing week and that's exactly what I got. I fell asleep and woke up every day to the sound of the ocean waves. I had everything I needed available. Morning coffee on the balcony was just perfect. This was my first trip to the area and I do hope to make it an annual adventure. Thank you for a perfect week.

We had a wonderful two weeks in this lovely unit. The condo was very comfortable with its updated kitchen and bathroom and comfortable bed. The view is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed many sunrises on the balcony and dinners looking out at the ocean. The host, Steven, was very responsive to our needs and quick to respond to communication from us. It was a very positive experience. We would say here again.

Everything was as advertised. The location was great and the hosts were very nice and pleasant to communicate with. I wanted to sit on the balcony and watch the waves and that’s what I enjoyed the most during my whole trip.

Wonderful location and host!

We had an incredible time. The location is perfect for a relaxed, quiet beach trip and the host is ideal - they were highly communicative and made all aspects of the experience easy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great get away

Great location. Very clean and stocked up with needed supplies. Great communication. This was our second time staying at complex but our first staying with host. Best host yet. The view is incredible. Will stay again.

A Wonderful Get-Away!

Location was very convenient, beach and pool were perfect, condo was just as described and suited our purposes well. The owners communicated well but also gave us our privacy. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome beachside stay

Loved this condo and the entire property. Comfy bed, couch and outdoor seating. Just a quick walk down the stairs and out the walkway to the beach. I enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife around the area. Steve the host is an excellent communicator.

It was a great condo right on the beach. The pool was heated and large. Couldnt walk to groceries or shopping but no problem if you have a car. We would stay there again.

Great Stay

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at the property. The owner is very personable and was easy to get in touch with. The condo was very nice and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean from the back patio.

Lots of fun!

The Condo was very clean had all the amenities listed and most importantly it had plenty of towels! Even though our stay was short (2 nights) we really enjoyed the location. The beach was awesome and the view was amazing!
