Lovely accommodation

We moved to this property for our last night in Miami. We had not enjoyed our previous location and were tired and hot so the views, the quiet, the space, the decor, and the temperature were all wonderful. We all had early flights out and barely spent 14 hours there but we highly recommend. We ate at the restaurant on the property but did not have time to use the other amenities.

Relaxing Getaway

Great family trip! The views from the unit are awesome, and we did not experience elevator delays. Avoiding elevator delays was important to us because we read reviews regarding some of the neighboring properties having issues with long elevator lines, which is one of the reasons we selected this property. If this is important to you, I recommend this property. Also, the pool was not overcrowded, and the shuttle service to the beach was quick and easy. Finally, Jerry, the host, was helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Family gathering.

The property had a beautiful view and it was nicely decorated, however it lacked cleanliness throughout. The unit was very dusty, the area rug in the master bedroom and living room had not been vacuumed properly and looked worn. There was a plumbing issue in the master bedroom, toilet getting clogged. The kitchen counters had to be wiped down. Luckily we always travel with Clorox wipes. This unit charges a cleaning fee after your stay but unfortunately when it comes to housekeeping is poorly serviced.
