Our house is situated in a gorgeous hill location above the old town of Überlingen. There is no noise. It has a unique, quiet location without traffic, surrounded by gardens. Only a view steps from the lake and the promenade lies your holiday apartment. It offers you a spectacular 180° sea view from the veranda over the entire city. You have your own basement garage. At the location need no car – everything is available by foot. Ecological tourism is awaiting you. The train station is only 200 m away. Rental bicycles are available. The holiday apartment was newly created with a lot of style.

Sehr zufrieden

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist prima - sehr zentral und mit tollem Ausblick.

Tolle Atmosphäre

Wir, mein Mann und ich haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der kleineren Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage , die Aussicht auf die Kirche ist einfach genial und auch sehr speziell . Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch wurden wir von den Gastgebern gut betreut. Gerne kommen wir wieder, wenn der Belegungsplan es zuläßt. Danke.

Little Paradise...Nomen est Omen;-)

Der Name "Little Paradise" ist absolut passend für dieses äusserst gepflegte, individuelle und gemütliche Domizil. Liebevoll ausgestattet mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Sehr bequeme Betten, ein warmes Ambiente, eine Terrasse, die für 2 perfekt ist. Abgeschirmt vom Nachbarn mit einem phantastischen Blick auf den Ort und den See. Nur max. 5 Fussminuten in die Altstadt mit all ihren Geschäften und Lokalitäten. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig und erholsam. Was den Aufenthalt natürlich abrundet, ist die natürliche freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Art der Gastgeber. Die bei jeder Frage und Bitte sofort zur Seite standen und dabei trotzdem diskret und unaufdringlich bleiben. Für Leute, die in einer gepflegten und geschmackvollen, nicht kitschigen und überladenen Umgebung einen Moment Auszeit suchen...sehr zu empfehlen.

Incredible view in wonderful city

This apartment is absolutely charming with an incredible view of the old city and the Bodensee. The apartment is perfect for a couple. At night, while lying in bed, you get a view of the lighted cathedral which is just spectacular. It is just a short walk to the seaside, however, it is a toss-up between walking on the promenade or sitting on the balcony and relaxing. A perfect vacation. The owners, Daniela and Harry could not possible be more gracious. We have stayed at over 50 vacation rentals and this is one of my absolute favorites.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig, verfügt über eine ungedeckte Veranda mit herrlichem Blick auf den Bodensee und die Altstadt. (Es gibt eine komplette Bestuhlung, dazu Liegen und Sonnenschirm.) Den Fernseher vermissten wir nie. Kontakt zu den im Haus wohnenden Vermietern war immer sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und unaufdringlich. Alles wirklich ganz wunderbar erholsam und ohne Einschränkungen sehr zu empfehlen, auch wenn ich mit dieser Bewertung dazu beitrage, dass die Wohnung mir dann ggf. wegen starker Nachfrage leider nicht zum Wunschtermin zur Verfügung steht. Ich komme gerne wieder.
