This unit comes with a complete recreation package from DVO. DVO is a full service recreational rental business and Surf Shop. You may check out any piece of non - electric rental equipment at any time during business hours you are staying as our guests compliments of the house . We offer two items of non-electric rental equipment if you are staying a week or more. We offer bikes, kayaks, surfboards, beach equipment, stand up paddle boards, bodyboards, and much more.
Equipment can be reserved in advance or you may come downstairs and check out equipment during regular business hours.
When you are finished using the equipment, you may try something else. (Ex.- go for a bike ride in the morning then turn the bikes out after your morning bike ride then check out a couple stand up paddle boards for an afternoon paddle on the sound.)
You may also reserve equipment in advance. (Ex.- book one or two bikes on Monday, book one or two surfboards on Tuesday, book one or two paddle parts on Wednesday, etc…)
One item of rental equipment is included at no charge Two items if staying a week or more .If you have up to 4 travelers, you may book additional pieces of any equipment at 20% off.
We do occasionally run out of equipment during peek summer weeks so reserving the equipment in advance is recommended but not necessary. Visit mydvo.com to see everything available. Please use the owner/ guest portal to reserve your equipment.
The unit also offers a washer/dryer that is shared between the 3 rentals on this property. There is WiFi and two smart TV’s as well. We are a five minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the sound as well.
Only one pet is allowed for a $25 per day pet fee. Please contact the host prior to booking if you want to bring more than one pet. Linens and towels are not included in the base rate. You may rent linens for $20 per set and towels for $17 per set for the entire stay or you may bring your own linens for the Bed ,Futon and the bathroom linens . Also you may choose to take advantage of our Early Check In Option For a $50 Fee that will be added to your base rate if you so desire to use this Early Check Into get in to your rental as early as possible but guaranteed entry by
1 P.M. instead of our standard 4 P.M. Check In Time . Please specify upon booking if you will be bringing any pet or pets if you would like to rent linens and also let us know If you would like to take advantage of getting in early to ensure your comfort and relaxation .
