Located just one block from the ocean and steps from beautiful Lake of the Lillies, this five bedroom home in Point Pleasant Beach is the perfect place to spend a relaxing or fun filled vacation on the beautiful New Jersey Coast. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lake from a spacious second floor deck. Just a few blocks away is the famous Jenkinson's Beach and Boardwalk for a full day of fun and entertainment. Looking for peace and quiet? Spend the night at the inlet watching the fishing boats return to the harbor, bringing the day's fresh catch to our local restaurants. What ever you're looking for, it's here. This home has 5 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, 1.5 baths plus outdoor shower, and glass enclosed porch. Other amenities include TV, WiFi, gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, beach chairs. Window AC units in all bedrooms and living room except one bedroom with a twin with sliding glass doors opening out to the beautiful deck and sea breeze. **Linens not included but can be rented through our partner Coastal Linen**. Great location quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Boardwalk was a little far for walking, but was OK. Would rent that home again Tiki Dan was very helpful and answered our questions about the property promptly

This house was great - lots of room, very clean, close to the beach and a nice easy walk to the boardwalk. This was our third year in a row and plan to come back again next year. Overall an excellent stay with absolutely nothing negative to say - highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed ourselves! Thankfully there were 4 badges with the rental but heads-up!!!! The price of the beach is 18 per day per person. We had 9 people. Yikes!! Loved walking around the lake in the early morning with our dog. It’s just about a mile. Would definitely return here

Loved the location to the beach.

I loved the location to the beach and boardwalk. Taking a walk on the boardwalk was one of my favorite things to do! It was also nice to sit out on the deck at night.

Great stay for friends or family!

My group of 10 friends had an awesome stay at Dan’s rental. He was very helpful throughout our stay, and the location of the house is fantastic. We had a ton of fun in the backyard and the beach was quiet and relaxing. We would love to stay again!

We had a great stay here !

We thought the location was great on quiet street by lake and a block from beach. The King bedroom and the Double are on 1st floor with the full bath and that worked great for us. Also a dog friendly, fenced in yard! The outdoor shower has hot water too. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time at our family vacation at Point Pleasant Beach. The house was very clean and in good shape. The walk to the beach was easy. Evenings on the back deck were perfect as the sun went down. Overall very nice house in a good location!

We very much enjoyed our family vacation at this property and highly recommend it. Our host, Dan, was great and the location was wonderful. The beach was a short walking distance from the house. The house was very spacious with an amazing backyard and an upper deck with an awesome view of the lake. We would definitely rent again.

The house and location were great. There are not many basic items included in the rental (no sheets, blankets or towels, kitchen had no pot holders) but it was easy enough to bring our own. Would rent it again. Thanks Dan.

Family Vacation

The house was just as described, enough room for the whole family. I was allowed to bring my 2 dogs which was also a big plus. The location of the house was great, a short walk to the beach and about a mile walk to the boardwalk. There were plenty of local restaurants to choose from and only a short 20 min ride to seaside.

The house was clean and roomy. The location of the house was great. The beach was a short walk away, which was very convenient. We brought our dog she was also very comfortable. Dan was a terrific host check in was so simple. He is very easy to contact if needed. Would recommend a stay at this property for sure!

Great for Family Vacation!

My family really enjoyed this property for our family vacation! We had kids of all ages from 10 months to 17 and everyone was comfortable, had a bed and plenty of space. We loved the outdoor space as well. The sun room was a perfect place for the youngsters who woke up earlier than everyone else, as it did a great job of keeping the noise out of the rest of the house. The house is very spacious and in a great location. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Stayed in the house with my family (6 adults, 2 kids) and the property was as advertised. Great location, clean, very nice property overall. Would definitely stay here again.Only con of the property (which isn’t huge) was the wifi was really spotty. Normally not an issue, but the TVs only having streaming apps, coupled with 2 kids who get to watch a little bit of TV in the morning as part of their routine, caused slight tweaks in the parents’ plan. Nothing crazy though.

Great stay

Clean & cozy yet spacious beach house. Stayed 2 nights in mid Sept to attend a family wedding nearby. Plenty of room for our family of 8 plus our pup, who loved the backyard. Easy walk to the beach, lovely neighborhood by the lake.. Would def stay again & recommend.

Nice spot

Comfortable home, I did not read deep enough to see that bedding and towels were not included. This should be more boldly noted in the information. We could have been caught in a bad situation had we not been able to get the linen rental company to do a special drop off.
