This house was recently renovated top to bottom and comes fully equipped with private pool and new bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, windows, doors, furniture, floors, staircase, pool, siding, garage doors, paint, and trim and is steps to the Gulf being on the Gulf side of Via De Luna! The house is 3 floors and contains a king bedroom on each level and bunkbed rooms on the 1st and 2nd levels. 2 queen sleeper sofas complete the max capacity of 19 people! Steps away from the white sands of the gulf and no busy roads to cross with your loved ones. About a 2 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico waters! House comes fully furnished and kitchen stocked with all the kitchen wares you would expect for a vacation rental. Bath linens are provided as well as bed linens. Beach linens are not provided.
