We had a fantastic time and the host was extremely responsive and clearly cares about the property and our experience. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit as it was about as smooth and comfortable as it could have been.

Beautiful condo. Very clean, comfortable and homey. Very quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxation. Would definitely rent again. Hosts were awesome. Communication was great and they made the process so easy.

This is a charming place to spend a couple days or a couple weeks when visiting Hatteras. This condo is roomy and clean! It has all the things you need to make your stay wonderful. The host is very responsive and the entire process of checking in and out couldn’t be simpler. We will stay at Slash Creek again, and if we are lucky this condo will be available. Thanks for a great vacation!

Loved our family vacation!

We had a great time in hatteras. The condo is beautiful, open with lots of natural light and great views. It was probably one of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed in! It’s in a great location - close driving distance to all the great spots and the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful in recommending activities. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful condo

This condo suited our needs perfectly. It was exactly as described - maybe even a little more spacious than we anticipated! It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and the Scanlons gave us great information on things to do in the area. We would definitely book this again on our next trip down to Hatteras.

Hatteras Get Away

This property could not have been more perfect for us. Spacious, quiet and clean. The kitchen is WELL stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. Comfortable beds for a great night's rest. Beautiful views of the sunrise over the canal and a lovely deck for enjoying the evening. Easy check in and out and super nice owners. Thank you to the Scanlons for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Overall it was a very nice place to stay. The condo was clean and was in a great location. The second bedroom was over the elevator motor and it got a bit loud at night and the tvs in the bedrooms didn't seem to connect to any apps or channels. Note, there's a huge damage deposit or i can pay an additional insurance for damages. We also had to jump through some hoops with a contract that had to be signed prior to booking. Maybe it's a hatteras thing.
