Noelani 113 is a beautiful Studio condo located on the first-floor featuring amenities such as panoramic ocean views, a private lanai, and air conditioning. This spacious condo can accommodate up to 2 guests with a king-size bed. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian theme furniture and tropical decorations with a large flat-screen TV. There is also a couch for you to lounge on. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort.

Unwind with a king-size bed and a split A/C unit. The bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower. This unit features a private Lanai with a dining table for 2. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 2 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances.

The Orchid Building includes a complimentary, shared laundry facility on the ground floor. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). The Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front-row seating for the opportunity to catch a peak at the Humpback Whales as they tend to their young. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with pools, jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!

We love the place, it is quite with an awesome ocean view. The place is clean. It is a bit far from most of the activities such as helicopter ride. But there are some activities to catch nearby. The 45 minute drive from the airport if very scenic. The pool offers 2 different temperature with a jacuzzi to finish up. Parking is sufficient, however it is tight for a bigger car. Overall, the place is worth recommending for the quietness and relaxing ambience.
