Tranquil home located in the gated golf course community of Heritage Palms.
This is a home located in a 55+ community surrounded by the Santa Rosa mountains and borders the city of La Quinta. It’s a cozy community that offers many amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools and spa, fitness center, discounted golf for members, pickle ball and tennis, community bar and restaurant, and a clubhouse offering many events and Sunday brunch, comedy shows, happy hour etc. This home is located in a great area adjacent to heritage court where my favorite Mexican food restaurant Soul of Mexico is located and also near many other delicious restaurants and shopping and only 5 minutes to the freeway.
