This was the best house we ever rented. The kitchen could use a bit more of the essentials but very nice. A funny thing was that we did not know of the elevator until day two after lugging all the food and and luggage up the stairs. We felt pretty silly after the fact. At our age it really came in handy. Thank you

The cleaning service at this property was terrible. They should feel ashamed charging the cleaning service fee that they do. Floors were dirty upon arrival, crumbs everywhere like floors were never swept. Hair everywhere in the showers. Dead bugs everywhere at the main entrance. Towels had stains on them (we had to go buy our own to use).Property is listed as No Pets Allowed yet stains on the rugs and I found two different bottles of pet stain remover under the half sink on the island cabinet. What if the renter has pet allergies?I was very disappointed in this property. What is posted and listed on VRBO is not what you get when you arrive. I would never rent another property maintained by this rental company. I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of and I understand why this property was available to rent one month prior to our arrival date.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We apologize the cleaning fell short of your expectations. In review of your reservation, I do not see any notes in regards to having us to come down to address these issues. Additionally, I do see we provided the extra towels requested. In the future, it is most helpful to know of your concerns at the time of arrival so we can address them promptly. We do strive to help make your vacation as comfortable as possible! We hope you can give us another chance in the future, thank you.
