The host was very organized, I thought every detail was thought about and considered. The space was very nice and clean. Extra towels, long length mirror, a couple extra waters waiting for us. I really appreciated that while traveling alone with my 2 kids. Comfortable bed and loved the light Up mirror in the bathroom. Great for getting ready! The only thing, I would say that was little less than favorable is that the neighbor above was very loud late night. Sounded like an elephant stampede for hours every night we were there! Woke me and my boys up a couple times. But all in all we highly recommend. Perfect for any type of stay.

Perfect little apartment, bright and clean, had all the amenities we needed. Mary, our host, graciusly modofied our reservation and provided clear instructions on how to get in. Wonderful property with great host! The communication was great. The apartment was easy to access and had everything we needed. It was a very comfortable stay. Less than a 10 minute car ride to Mayo Clinic and 10 minute walk to an amazing Whole Foods Market.

Amazing Property

This was an amazing property. One of the nicest VRBOs I've ever stayed at. The rental we stayed in had the best quality towels, bedding, kitchen items, great pool towels, everything you could need. The facility had so many amenities. Great location! We could walk to restaurants, liquor store, movies, bowling, everything was right there. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment with a fantastic pool!

The unit was clean and in good order with a fully stocked kitchen and two tvs. The pool area was fantastic and wasn’t busy at all while we were there, it felt like a private resort. The only small downside was the hallways were a bit smelly due to the trash collection, however you could not smell in the unit at all. Would certainly stay there again!!

They rented it to me knowing washing machine was broken but never told me. Air conditioner was not working when I get there so I had to call maintanance.

I am so sorry that the washing machine did not work. We had just had it serviced so I was not aware that it still did not work. Also you never mentioned the AC to us. I trust that it was addressed immediately. These things happen and we try to address them in a timely manner, Please know that these issues have been resolved and I apologize that you had this experience in your short 2 day stay. When we are aware of issues, we do everything possible to provide an excellent customer experience. As an example and as you know, I moved you to this upgraded larger unit at no additional charge to accommodate an issue we were having with the pool at another property.
