I used the Guide House for a personal retreat, and it was perfect for what I needed. Space to rest, relax, and read, and a kitchen to cook for myself. It was in a great location too, so it was a quick trip to the grocery store, to get what I needed.Benny communicated all the details I needed, and reminded me of checkout procedures the night before.I'd definitely come here again!
We were in town for a two-week long training and the property met our needs perfectly. It had everything we needed, was conveniently located, clean and secure, and in a great neighborhood. The fact that the property allowed pets was a huge bonus for our circumstances. The neighborhood is wonderful and all of the neighbors we interacted with were kind. We will definitely recommend this location to our co-workers if they ever need to come to the area for training.
Stayed here for a week for SKILLS USA Kansas competitions. All of our activities were held at the fairgrounds and HTCEA which was very convenient to location of hours. House was very homey, clean and everything we needed for our stay. Have bookmarked for our return trip next year.
I went to see a friend from childhood that isnt well and this location and peaceful neighborhood are exactly what we hoped for. Great communications with the host and VERY clean well maintained house. Would stay again and recommend. He had a covered porch we loved to sit and watch the neighborhood cats , they are gorgeous.
Overall, it was a great home away from home. Very comfortable living room to relax in. If I was going to get picky, I would say that it would have been nice to have some hand towels, and the pillows were very soft and small, as well as the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. Maybe just a nice mattress topper would make it feel more comfortable. But otherwise, very homey and relaxing to stay in.
We enjoyed our stay at this cute little house. The inside of the house is nicely redone and was very clean. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Lots of backdoor parking available.
The house was very nice and quiet. Great communication with the owner. The house was very comfortable and we plan on staying there again the next time we visit.
Property owner stayed in touch as I wanted to be in the house earlier than 4pm for which I was allowedA note was send with entry code and other instructions Great place to stay
Overall it was a charming little house and functioned well for our small family. My only negative impressions were that the tub/shower was not as clean as I had hoped, and the online description mentioned a playground outdoors and there was not one. Still a great option for families and was overall quite clean.
Great communication from the host. Easy check in/out process. Clean house with wifi access and other features. Very close to fairgrounds and Cosmosphere which we're our destinations. Great parking too (we used back alley parking behind house).
Great communication and a nice home. Comfortable beds. We did have to go out and purchase bath soap, shampoo, and coffee, but otherwise had all we needed. Thank you for a great stay!
We came to Hutchinson for a tournament and knew we would have busy days. That’s why we decided to find a vrbo- we wanted to make our breakfasts and dinners. This place was great - very clean, and had exactly what we needed for a short stay.
We were in town for a funeral and the house provided a much needed respite. It was very quiet and peaceful, and amenities like detergent, instant coffee, etc. made it perfect.
There were two beds, and we chose the one that was firmer. Perhaps that would be one area to upgrade, but we would happily stay again regardless.
Definitely use the alley for entry. That is the narrowest driveway we have ever seen.
