Fantastic four bedroom two level "two" in one home borders Arrowhead Park with lakes and walking trails. It is near the Mary Jo Wagner Arboretum and Riverview Barn - great if attending a wedding, reunion, party or a Sioux Fall event such as at the Denny Sanford Center. Minutes to supermarkets, resteraunts, fantastic view from upper and lower decks. On site parking for multiple cars. Fire pits, Trager BBQ, tree house, rock wall, Hot Tub, 1 acre property and more keep everyone active and happy.

This home is not suitable for loud parties.

The upper garage is only available by special request.
