Steps to beautiful PRIVATE beach for ONLY COTTAGES 175A & 175B. Water view from your own cozy, sunny, beach cottage in the dunes. Enjoy a morning walk as you watch the sun rise over Cape Cod Bay or a family bond fire with s'mores under the stars.

175A North Shore Boulevard is an adorable two bedroom beachfront cottage. Step out of the front door & walk 20 yards to your own private beach. Nicely furnished with cathedral living room ceiling, washer/dryer, air conditioning and enclosed porch to sit to enjoy the wonderful cape nights. Bright, cheery interior and wonderful location; easy, breezy vacation getaway.
Linens, towels, and beach chairs are included.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
