I have always dreamed of owning bed and breakfast, so im loving hosting. I love meeting and talking to guest if they wish. Im a special needs mom so this allows the to be home with my son. Im a Realtor I sell Ky. We have worked hard, and continue to work hard to make sure our guest have a great experience.
Why they chose this property
We love this area on the lake. We choose this neighborhood to live in, and then purchased this home to share with others because it is a peaceful neighborhood. We have great neighbors.
There are no houses behind this home, and nothing to the right of the home besides field, trees and wildlife. The Lake is across the road. And a public boat ramp less than 2 mile. The roads are good driving roads from interstate not alot of twisting and winding roads to get here.

What makes this property unique
This home is at the end of the dead end road it is quiet. There is extra parking for boats and trailers in front of the garage beside the home if needed. The kitchen is large enough for everyone.
