Quiet home, with swimming pool, located in the heart of Lexington near UK, hospitals, schools, shopping, and downtown. Quirky, yet comfortable, the house is furnished with a mix of handcrafted furniture, antiques, and modern pieces. Modern kitchen appliances round out the picture. It has three bedrooms with queen beds, and a sofa bed (with an air mattress) in the den. The house can comfortably accommodate up to eight people.

I lived in this neighborhood for decades. Its close to UK, the hospitals, shopping, and restaurants. Its also close to Harrodsburg Rd, New Circle, making it easy to get anywhere in town with ease.
What makes this property unique
You'll be very close to everything on Southland Drive, the 1950s shopping district of Lexington. Beyond that, all the businesses on Nicholasville Road are easily accessible, and both Beaumont Center and downtown are a quick drive. It's relatively close walking distance to Kroger Field..
