The property is well furnished and at a great location. It would be a 5 star property if they'd just provide basic consumables like shampoo and coffee. The coffee because there's only a K-Cup machine and no one I knows carries their own K-Cups around just in case. Shampoo and conditioner are not that expensive and should be provided at a property like this. Not having them provided was a downer. I think you should have basic amenities commensurate with a nightly rate like this. Again, it's a 5 star property and location with 4 star amenities.
