Adventure awaits in whatever you decide to do! As the sun sets over the red mountains, come home to your own private paradise and cook up some BBQ on the Grill, or spend time soaking in the hot tub! Challenge each other to matches on the Ping Pong table, Sega Genesis game system, or the Vintage 8-Bit game system with hundreds of classic games for the ultimate tournament! This elegant 3-Bedroom 3.5-Bathroom Home can comfortably sleep 9 people, or with the use of a pull-out couch and two sleeping pads, fit as many as 12 people for the ultimate southern Utah getaway! The first bedroom hosts a King bed, as well as a smart TV mounted on the wall and an ensuite bathroom. Next, another King bedroom connects to an ensuite bathroom and has a smart TV as well! Perfect for a large or extended family

We thought the location and amenities were fantastic. The rooms were huge and each had their own bathroom. The swim spa was so convenient on the deck and perfect temperature. The lights in the pool side wouldn’t turn on but that didn’t matter. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner and had plenty of seating. My kids favorite was the ping pong table in the garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for the most part

This was just a little family getaway for us and it was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. Our kids loved the community pool as well as the pool and hot tub at the house. Overall the home was as described. The house was overall clean, but we ran into a few things we didn't like. We had a dirty comforter, dirty sheets (black marks and hair) on the top bunk, dirty rug in the downstairs bathroom and the throw blankets smelled terrible as if they had not been washed in a really long time. We loved staying there and the convenience of it, but wished we didn't have to wash things to feel comfortable there. I was told not to complain without a solution, so I would suggest second set of blankets/sheets to ensure they get properly cleaned between stays. Overall still a good experience and we would stay here again for sure.

Updated - We have replaced some of our linens since this. And have had some management changes so any problems have been solved! Thanks for the feedback and so sorry you had to deal with that. I wish that you had let us know sooner so we could have fixed it immediately. We have informed our cleaners so this never happens again.
