NEW Hotte Suite 1b Condo, just off the strip

This beautiful bed 1 bath condo sleeps 4, with a king size bed and full sofa sleeper, 65” smart tv in the living room and 55” smart tv in the bedroom, free cable and Wi-Fi, balcony seating off the living room, remote candlelight fireplace, and modern furnishings throughout. It’s comfortable and well appointed. The grounds offer two pools, a Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, gym, 24 hour guard attended entrance, with free parking. Located just off the strip, close to casinos, Allegiant Stadium, and more.
The space
For your convenience, USB ports can be found on the sofa, nightstands and lamps in the bedroom to charge your devices.
Guest access
All areas of the condo are for your use with the exception of the storage closet in the hallway and the balcony. These are for housekeeping.
All common areas of the grounds, including the pool and gym. Both are open 24hrs everyday with quiet time in observance from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Other things to note
The unit is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.

Great stay!

The unit was very clean, modern, and just what we were looking for. Perfect for 1-2 people for a few days. Good communication with property manager. Easy check in and out. Good location, close to everything, but off the strip. Bed was comfy, plenty of soft towels, large shower, big tv's. It was great! Would highly recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Tracy!

Tolle Unterkunft, kurze Wege

Sehr nah am Strip gelegen, ist diese sehr saubere und gemütliche/moderne Unterkunft mit kostenlosem Parkplatz perfekt für Reisende! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und mehr. Besonderen gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung mit neuen TVs, bequemen Betten und einer guten Küche. Mit dem Auto waren es ca. 10 min zum Steip und zu Fuß ca 30 min. Beim nächsten mal kommen wir gern wieder her :-)
