Nice penthouse on the 29th floor. It's clean and bed was comfy. The room functions very well but it's dated. Furniture and decor could use a refresh. Mark was very easy to communicate with

Had a little hiccup between the host and the check in counter. The host told us that the room was ready for check in and the front desk told us that we would have to wait. We were extremely frustrated with what was going on.

We offered early check-in for free of charge. Apologies it didn't workout. We still were able to get you into the suite before check-in time. Would of been a smoother experience if it wasnt a last min day of check-in request. Guest didn't communicate very well with her tracking plans.

Great location and wonderful view. Staff were very accommodating. The room was nicely furnished with cute decorative items. My only suggestion is to refresh the room. It is a little tired and could use a fresh coat of paint, etc. For the price it was a great stay.

This location is perfect if you have events at Dolby live, the mgm arena, 15 min walk. The room is dated and could use some maintenance but it’s excellent value. We were able to bring outside food and drinks into the pool area because the pool bar was not open yet.

The host was excellent, but the service at the hotel was horrible. We were at the reception counter for one hour to check in.. We gave the reception our confirmed paper reservation. They call Expedia and talk to them and Expedia verify our reservation. The manager had to call Expedia again after the receptionist had already called Expedia one time. .Someone in the hotel office type in the wrong dates. I paid for 49 days and the employee enter 9 days in their system. No apology or nothing given after waiting an hour at the counter. The service was horrible, I ask where to put our trash and they told me to call the host. We ended up putting the trash in the hallway like the other guest. I will NEVER stay there AGAIN!
