The Signature @ MGM luxury in this spacious studio, full bath with double vanities, King size pillow-top bed, queen size sofa-bed, kitchenette & private entrance. Our PH floor suite is located in Tower One on a very high floor with sneak views of City Center, Planet Hollywood, T-Mobile arena, Mountains, pools just to name a few. Our guest get access to MGM signature & MGM Grand pools including the famous Lazy River dependant on availability, off-strip exclusivity & only a 2mt Skywalk to the STRIP! No resort fee's & free Valet Parking included and Super Safe!

Our host Mark was awesome. Due to an unfortunate plumbing incident in a neighboring room at the first room we booked, our host offered us a room at Vdara. High floor, beautiful view, and a really gorgeous room. Living room, dining area with large table, small fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, guest bath. Cannot recommend highly enough. And the staff (concierge, valet, at the Vdara were all so kind and polite. Sometimes a rare occurrence in Vegas!

Perfect location for attending a concert at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Close to everything, yet quiet. The staff was very helpful and the Host was great. The property itself could use a little updating, but otherwise was perfect.

It's interesting that this is designated as a "penthouse floor" yet there are 9 penthouse floors above it. We found this to be a good value; clean, quiet & comfortable. There were a couple of maintenance issues which were communicated to the owner which did not impact our stay. There are at least 5 remotes in the unit which made TV operation a challenge at first. Some labeling & basic instructions would be helpful.

Relaxing getaway

The Host Mark was very responsive and his place was clean and peaceful. If you love to take a HOT shower or bath this is your place, plus the water pressure was great. Bed was comfortable! Over all a great place to stay! only thing I would of liked was brighter lighting in the condo.
