This flat is great for a medium-sized family of up to 8 people looking for a relaxing vacation by the beach. Located just two blocks away from a historic beach (Ocean Beach), it is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2-bath flat with a large dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, and hardwood flooring. With queen Murphy bed. The flat has a long hallway and all the rooms have a flat-screen tv with local and network channels.

Want to go downtown to shop or enjoy the exciting nightlife? Hop on the train that is one block away. Want to stay and explore the neighborhood? You are blocks away from the beach, Golden Gate Park, grocery stores, cafes, and popular eateries (Beach Chalet Restaurant / Brewery, Cliff House, and Thanh Long Restaurant). Biking and hiking trails and horseback riding are nearby. Major tourist sites are also close by, including the de Young Museum, the Japanese Tea Garden, the Academy of Sciences, and the San Francisco Zoo.

AMAZING! This rental was one of the top places we have stayed. The home is pristine and the host provided EVERYTHING anyone would need for a comfortable stay. Excellent cookware, supplies, etc.The proximity to the N light rail train and the ocean beach makes this a perfect, quiet, relaxing venue. If you rent this place, it deserves your utmost respect and care, as that is what was put into this rental.

Our stay in Sunset Dunes was perfect- we had 2 infants and 5 adults and the Flat is well equipped, comfortable and in a very walkable area close to Golden Gate park and public transportation. There are several great restaurants and shops, bookstore and cafes within walking distance. Our hosts were accommodating and allowed us to park our huge family van in front of the property.

We were visiting San Francisco with our Rotary Exchange Student. The apartment was perfect for us, with 3 bedroom, a kitchen and a living room for us to watch World Cup Games. The steps and hall leading up to the the apartment need an update but the apartment itself was super clean and updated. We bought a 3 day Muni Pass and it was very easy to hop on public transportation and get around the city. We loved the neighborhood and the short walk to the beach. We recommend a stop at Ruby's on the corner for good food and drinks, but more importantly, the neighborhood vibe.

The location was great! I felt that it was a very safe neighborhood. The unit is upstairs and it was nice that we were able to use the parking garage. Plenty of space and beds. We enjoyed our visit to San Francisco.

The location was perfect! If you're not familiar with San Francisco, the apartment is in Outer Sunset so it's about 35 minutes to the city center by public transportation... Which was exactly what we wanted! The beach is literally at the end of the street. A two minute walk and you're on it! You have beach views from two of the bedrooms as well. The neighborhood is fantastic with lots of little restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The property owners were fantastic and everything was exactly as expected. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to when we come for another visit.

Wonderful townhome on the top floor. Unit was clean and kitchen well stocked. Owner was excellent with communication and setup of access code that was easy to remember. Primary bedroom had a very soft, comfortable bed. Thank you for letting us stay. Top notch!

Great place would stay again!

Having three bedrooms and a Murphy bed made sure everyone slept comfortably. Great location for visiting the beach or Golden Gate Park. Lots of yummy coffee, shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials, plenty of clean towels.
