That’s why we’ve taken additional measures beyond our industry-leading cleaning standards by partnering with RB, maker of Lysol & Dettol, to develop our Hilton CleanStay program. This innovative program builds upon our already rigorous cleaning standards by providing enhanced training for Team Members, increased cleaning of public areas and adjusted food & beverage service, to ensure our guests enjoy a worry-free stay.

A comfy waterfront resort for families

Bring the whole family to stay at The Cottages at South Seas Island Resort, a cozy collection of 2-bedroom suites with full kitchens, walkable beach access and screened balconies or lanais for spending time in the Florida sunshine. This South Seas Island Resort timeshare overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, Pine Island Sound and the resort’s scenic golf course. Each suite features family-sized accommodations, including a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with twin beds, a living area with a queen sleeper sofa and a loft with a murphy bed.

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with screened balcony or lanai features a primary bedroom with king-size bed and master bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds and includes a bathroom with a standard tub. An upstairs loft available through stairs inside the suite features a queen-size Murphy bed. This suite offers a comfortable living room with queen-size sleeper sofa, full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, and washer/dryer.

Fees Upon Checkin-

The resort fee is $20.00 plus 11.5% tax per day for each guest 13 years and older. Kids 12 and under are complimentary.

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.



The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.



Resort check- in time is 3 p.m., and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to The Cottages at South Seas Island Resort is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) which is 38 miles by car respectively.



Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people, if this becomes available we will upgrade your room without question and free of charge.
