Enchanting and Stylish Southwestern 4BR Home

Experience Southwestern living at its finest in our lovely home situated on a quiet block convenient to Santa Fe's historic plaza, the Santa Fe Ski Basin and the Santa Fe Opera. This charming and unique 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house is your home away from home. There is a master bedroom with an en suite bath, a queen bedded room that shares a connecting bath with another room with two twin beds. The last bedroom contains a full size bed with a full bathroom right across the hall. A fully-equipped kitchen adjoins the dining room that leads out to a spacious back yard where you can sip your morning coffee or view one of Santa Fe's famous sunsets. The living room is cozy and comfortable with a wood burning fireplace, a 50' flat screen tv, Blue Ray dvd player, dvr, and original southwestern details. This rental is perfect for a large family or for couples who can enjoy one of the most unique features of the house: an upstairs game room/office area. This addition was built by the original owners and comes with large windows that let in the beautiful Santa Fe sun. This space can also be used as a meditation room or yoga/exercise room.
Within minutes from our home, you have convenient access to Santa Fe Spa (a fully equipped gym), The Santa Fe Opera, The Santa Fe Ski Basin (open from Thanksgiving to Easter), and the world renowned spa Ten Thousand Waves. A ten minute drive will get you to Santa Fe's famous Canyon Road where Art galleries abound. Our home is also conveniently located near grocery stores, drug stores, gas stations, banks and everything else you might require during your time in Santa Fe.

Conveniently located to ski area and to downtown. When we first arrived, I was worried about road noise, but it was absolutely quiet and I slept well each night we were there. My son and daughter enjoyed a walk around the neighborhood . Well appointed kitchen with great mugs and platters and a lovely garden patio in the back. Our daughter did mat pilates in the sunroom in the front. Vintage cabinets in the kitchen, renovated bathrooms, comfortable beds. Off street parking. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our family stayed in this home while we were in town for our daughter’s wedding. It was the perfect fit for us. The location is absolutely perfect, convenient to everything and the neighborhood is nice. The home is well appointed with quality furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. This is one of the most thoughtfully equipped homes we have stayed in with every detail and need considered. Communication was excellent. We highly recommend this home for families or good friends/groups traveling together. The spaces are comfortanle and accommoding; the patio is lovely for morning coffee.

Great Family Property

Our family of 6 really enjoyed the stay at this property in Santa Fe. It was close to everything and had enough space for all of us, inside and out. We felt like we lived in Santa Fe for a few days, it was great and we look forward to coming back.

Great group house!

Two couples and three singles enjoyed this spacious house with wonderful areas to stretch out, hang out and use as a home base to explore Sante Fe. Jerome was super responsive and friendly! We specifically loved the kitchen table fireplace and back patio. Did I mention the three bathrooms? Game changer right there!

We had a sister's reunion in Sante Fe. The weather turned snowy and cold so we had a fire every night with the fire wood and kindling so generously left for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. We would stay there again.

Good group house

We loved this house. It is being transformed from a relative's house into a short term rental. The bedrooms are large, beds are comfortable and the redone bathrooms are great! The garden on the back, front and side are lovely and the back patio gave us a peaceful place to sit for breakfast and dinner. Our communication with th owner was great!

Wonderful accommodations!

This was a wonderful home! The location was very accessible to the Plaza area and other sites in Old Santa Fe. The owner was very good to check in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space was very inviting! Beds were comfortable. The home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms as well as a loft area. We highly recommend this home for all travelers to Santa Fe!

Fabulous house in Santa Fe

This house was spacious, clean, well-furnished and comfortable. Our group of 7 friends enjoyed our stay there and have absolutely no concerns about the property. The outdoor space is lovely and comfortable. The kitchen is small but well-equipped and efficient. The location was ideal for visiting the Plaza and other attractions around town. There was a nice walk on sidewalks up to a nearby park.

Santa Fe Visit

Our stay was wonderful and the house served our purpose. I only wish I would have asked if there was air conditioning, it was very warm during our stay. Also there were many different levels with steps which was too much since I was traveling with seniors. I would definitely stay again if I am not traveling with seniors. It was a great location, close to the Plaza.

Met all our needs

This house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Each couple had their own bathroom which was awesome, and there was an unused room with twin beds. Rooms are not huge but roomy enough. Jerome was very responsive when we had problems with the washer/dryer and other minor needs. No dishwasher, but we managed fine with handwashing. Plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. Location was excellent. Close to interstate, downtown and within riding distance of a great mountain biking area (La Tierra). We stayed 2 weeks and loved it!

Small Group Retreat

This was the second time our school has rented this property for a small group of middle school/high school students. We've already given the owner our 2021 dates. The house is perfectly suited to our needs. It is comfortable, spacious, and has easy access to the government buildings and plaza. Mr. Martinez is a fantastic owner--quick to respond to questions or needs. The house is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Check in and Check out couldn't be easier. We love this home!

Ideal Santa Fe Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this charming New Mexico-style home in March! The weather was absolutely beautiful, and we can only imagine how amazing it would be to use the backyard even more when the weather is at its best.The home was incredibly comfortable, with great amenities like a washer/dryer and a cozy fireplace that made our stay even more enjoyable. It was spotless and offered plenty of space—perfect for spending time together as a family while also having room to spread out when needed.The location was fantastic—close to grocery shopping, plenty of great restaurants, and just a short drive to downtown Santa Fe for all the sightseeing. A pleasant surprise was discovering the nearby military cemetery, which we had never seen before—it was a meaningful and unexpected experience. The authentic Southwestern style of the home added to the experience, making it feel even more special.On top of that, we accidentally left a few things behind, and the host was kind enough to send them back without any hassle. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and convenient stay!
