Sunset House is the perfect house for you, your family & friends to enjoy your deserved Santa Fe vacation.
It is a traditional adobe Santa Fe style with charming vigas throughout. It was recently renovated with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The master suite has a king-sized bed with large entry / study room. The Junior suite has 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. All the bedrooms are equipped with HD flat screen TVs and AC.
There are three living spaces for entertaining and relaxing; and also 3 different outdoor spaces to enjoy the turquoise skies of Santa Fe.
Solid adobe construction, traditional details and a quaint and quiet neighborhood are everything that you are looking for to enjoy your vacation and create new memories with family & friends with fun, elegance and comfort!

Location - unbeatable:
You also are going to love the location. It is an easy walk to the plaza (shops and restaurants) and Canyon Road (galleries galore). The plaza is 5-6 blocks and Canyon Road is 7 blocks away. It is also on the road to Santa Fe's best spa, 10,000 Waves (5 minute drive). The 'waves' is a world class Japanese style spa with hot tubs, excellent massages and lots of other treatments.

We live in the same neighborhood and really love it. Quiet, convenient and safe. We would not live anywhere else.

The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean,cozy and comfortable. Loved the 4 outside sitting areas for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Host, Sandra, was wonderful from her communication to helping us order a pizza from her delivery business. She made our stay so enjoyable.I would recommend this property and hope to come back and stay in future

Owner was so attentive. She left a bottle of Sparkling to welcome us to NM. The home was perfect. Location was very walkable, wonderful restaurant, quiet and very safe. Owner was very understanding when a mishap occurred. Would stay here again in. NY minute.

The house was so unique to Santa Fe. We walked in and immediately could tell it was a clean house. The location was great walking distance to town. The host was immediate on response to our questions. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

Ideal layout for our extended family & wonderful hosts! We will absolutely book this casita again when we return!We had a wonderful stay at this charming adobe casita! The Layout: The property was much larger than expected, and the layout was absolutely ideal for an extended family vacation. The separated bedrooms each feature their own bathroom, offering fantastic privacy for everyone in the group.Outdoor Spaces: Multiple outdoor seating areas to relax. We made great use of the outdoor dining area, grill, and loved ending our nights around the fire pit.Kitchen & Comfort: The kitchen was well stocked, and had pots and utensil needed to cook family meals with ease, including some staple spices. Location: Prime spot! It’s a quick, easy walk right to the Plaza and very convenient for driving out to explore nearby day trips.The Hosts: Phenomenal and proactive communication. Sending the local guidebook ahead of time was such a thoughtful touch that helped us plan our days before arriving.Tip: Pack a sleep mask! The bedrooms have wonderful natural skylights that bring in early morning light.
