7 miles from Sunday River Resort (10 minutes drive).
0.5 miles from The Bethel Inn Resort.

The space
4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, 7 beds, up to 8 guests, 4 window AC units (one in each bedroom during the summer months).
Entrance is at ground level where you park. Please note the house has 3 levels; basement where you enter, main floor, and top floor. 2-3 car driveway. Street parking 1 block away if needed.
Guest access:
The entire House.

We understand that pets can be unpredictable and they are part of the family. Please no pets on the furniture, as this will help to take precautions to avoid any accidents that can cause any damage and an extra cleaning charge.

Check in process was nice and easy. Hosts are great. House is clean and in a great location. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in Bethel and a very short drive to all of the hikes and water holes that you could want. Our family of four stayed there with another family of three and the layout and size of the house was just right for that. Thanks for a great stay in Bethel!

The owners were very prompt with their replies and always very accommodating. The property is very cozy, comfortable and clean. Our only regret is that weren’t able to longer. We stayed for a family wedding and they worked with us to get us in a little early so we could shower etc before the rehearsal. I would highly recommend staying at this home It was equipped with everything you could need! Would definitely stay here again and recommended it to my family who live down the road if they have guests that need a place to stay
