Joe was very responsive to any questions. He was super laid back too so we felt right at home. There was plenty of room for my family and my grand dogs. The hot tub was clean- which i am fussy about. The living room was comfy and the kitchen had plenty of work space. I liked that we were so close to downtown Bethel but far enough out of town that we didn't have traffic. I do wish there had been more outside seating but being so close to the mountains and trails we got plenty of outside time.

The house was perfect for our family - easy access to skiing at Sunday River, Mt.Abram, and Black Mountain, and the small hill in the back yard added another opportunity for the kids’ to play in the snow!The host was very responsive to the few inquiries we had - the place is really well set-up, very clean, and well equipped.We’ll definitely consider staying here again!!Thanks, Joe!!

Joe was very responsive and provided us with the information needed for a seamless check-in. The house was perfect. 3 full bathrooms and 4 full bedrooms, plus an office, gave us plenty of space for adults downstairs and kids upstairs. There was plenty of space to spread out, the kitchen and living area were great, and the hot tub was very accessible off the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

So cozy, clean and comfortable! We had everything we needed. the appliances were all new and so clean. The hot tub was so well maintained and very hot! We enjoyed it so much-just perfect after skiing all day! We will rent this home the next time we are visiting Sunday River.

Awesome stay!

The house is perfect for a large group! Plenty of beds/bathrooms and everything was super clean! The house has everything you need and the hot tub was such a plus. Location is great for Sunday River!

Family Ski Week at Sunday River

Our family of 4 plus two dogs had a great week staying at this property and skiing Sunday River. The home was cozy and clean with an excellent location. Would stay here again in the future. Could easily stay here with a larger group or two families.

Maine Trip

Our trip to Maine was amazing and Joe's house was great! Would highly recommend this home for anyone travelling with a family and pets. We brought our Labrador Retriever and he loved it too!

Great cozy house! Exceeded expectations

This place was the best for a ski vacation! It was so cozy and just the right amount of space for our group. The hot tub was very nice and clean. Communication with the host was super easy which made the whole process run super smoothly.

Cutest Cottage

We enjoyed our stay here so much. It was just our family of 4 but could have easily fit 2 families. Cute wood stove, clean and functioning hot tub, cozy living room, big mud room for all of our ski gear! Everything we needed!

Great ski holiday

The house is comfy and cozy with a well-stocked kitchen: it was perfect for our group of 8! After skiing at Sunday River all day, we would come home and fire up the wood-burning stove, prepare a big dinner and relax together. Perfect spot!

Cozy, comfy stay

Perfect location for a group getaway. Lots of space, plenty of beds, and bathrooms (all with their own shower!). Very comfortable and cozy home. Comfortable beds. Incredibly clean hot tub. Very close to all Bethel has to offer. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Quiet place in a nice quiet town

We wanted a place where we could visit friends and family and this was right in the middle. The house was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the grill needed to be cleaned so we did that. Joe was great to work with and everything worked.
