The Brook Cottage ~ Cozy & Dog Friendly!


This 4 bedroom ( 2 down & 2 up ) will sleep 12 comfortably.
We can accommodate up to 14 with the pull out double sleeper couch in the bonus room. There are three baths (1 full & 2 3/4) , the home offers an open concept kitchen, living space & bonus space upstairs w/ TV.

It’s wonderful for family trips, or couples retreats. Only 7 minutes to the Sunday River access road, and very close to Mt. Abram and down town Bethel.

It is peaceful, updated and cozy but spacious enough!
To add to your relaxation there is a 6 person outdoor hot tub, and wood stove.

You are welcome to use the washer and dryer, and fire pit.

Joe was very responsive and provided us with the information needed for a seamless check-in. The house was perfect. 3 full bathrooms and 4 full bedrooms, plus an office, gave us plenty of space for adults downstairs and kids upstairs. There was plenty of space to spread out, the kitchen and living area were great, and the hot tub was very accessible off the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

So cozy, clean and comfortable! We had everything we needed. the appliances were all new and so clean. The hot tub was so well maintained and very hot! We enjoyed it so much-just perfect after skiing all day! We will rent this home the next time we are visiting Sunday River.

Awesome stay!

The house is perfect for a large group! Plenty of beds/bathrooms and everything was super clean! The house has everything you need and the hot tub was such a plus. Location is great for Sunday River!

Family Ski Week at Sunday River

Our family of 4 plus two dogs had a great week staying at this property and skiing Sunday River. The home was cozy and clean with an excellent location. Would stay here again in the future. Could easily stay here with a larger group or two families.

Quiet place in a nice quiet town

We wanted a place where we could visit friends and family and this was right in the middle. The house was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the grill needed to be cleaned so we did that. Joe was great to work with and everything worked.

Great ski holiday

The house is comfy and cozy with a well-stocked kitchen: it was perfect for our group of 8! After skiing at Sunday River all day, we would come home and fire up the wood-burning stove, prepare a big dinner and relax together. Perfect spot!

Perfect Ski House

Return visitors here to the Brook Cottage. The updates over the past year are really well done and we all appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with the new appliances! The cottage is the perfect space for our group of 3 couples and some kids; and is about a 10-15 minute drive to South Ridge at Sunday River. Thanks Joe and Jessica!

Great Spot Close to Sunday River

We stayed for two nights over a weekend with our friends. It was two families of five and four kids age 8 to 14. The house was perfect with plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked. And we really appreciated how accommodating and responsive the owner was.

Absolutely worth it…We had a great stay.

Our family stayed at the house from 3/11 -3/14/22 and it was cozy, clean and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed a great weekend of snowboarding and we watched movies at night with the wood stove going. Would highly recommend to anyone. Joe and Michelle. Dighton, Mass.
