It was a great place for a birthday weekend. The house was very clean. Only caveats was it was tricky to find the lock box for entry as well as the hot tub code wasn't provided until asked for. Other than that, it was a great place

Last minute memorial day snag! Well appointed kitchen, thoughtful kids room (with books and a trainer), lovely hot tub (although oddly not as private as both neighbors could look into the backyard), and lots of space! Communication was fast and excellent! Biggest downside was a very uncomfortable living room couch and pretty soft beds.

It was an amazing place to stay! We enjoyed the hot tub, and the coffee was much appreciated! The only thing that we would change is the seating is uncomfortable in the living room for adults. But would definitely love to stay here again!

Honest ReviewUnfortunately, our stay at this property was overshadowed by a serious safety issue. The bunk bed ladder was broken and, upon closer inspection, we discovered that it was not properly secured to the bed at all. My daughter was injured while climbing onto the bunk, which was extremely frightening and upsetting for us as parents.What made the situation even more disappointing was learning that the property had already had issues with the bunk bed/ladder before our stay, yet we were not informed of the condition beforehand. Had we known there was a safety concern, we never would have allowed our child to use it.We brought the issue to the owner’s attention expecting concern, accountability, and a willingness to acknowledge what happened. Unfortunately, our experience was that the owner was unwilling to take responsibility or acknowledge that the property should have been properly inspected and the known damage communicated to us before our arrival.We understand that things can break and that accidents can happen. What is most concerning is when a known safety issue is not disclosed and then, after a child is hurt, there is no meaningful accountability.The house itself may have positive qualities, but based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property to families, particularly those traveling with children. A rental should be a place where guests can feel reasonably safe, and we did not feel that way here.

The property was as written up and it worked out very well for our extended family. The kitchen has plenty of equipment and the beds were very comfortable.It was clean, everything in good working order. The properly is in a convenient location, easy to get to beach access. We enjoyed ourselves and would use it again on another trip to Lincoln City.
