This property was absolutely perfect for a group with alot of families! It had multiple bedrooms, kitchens, living areas, etc that helped everyone be able to stay together but also not feel like they were intruding on others. Also the host were AMAZING!!! We had a TON of questions leading up to this trip/when we got there and they were there to answer within minutes. I would recommend this house & host to anyone!

Wonderful stay! So grateful for a large enough space for our family reunion. Everyone had beds and plenty of space to play games and visit. Our Hosts were excellent and provided all the things needed! We will use this space again!

This house had so much space for our extended family to stay comfortably in separate spaces while still being all together to do puzzles, play games, & spend time together. We liked the proximity to skiing, restaurants, parks, & the zoo. The kids loved the big hot tub!

We were so thankful to find this property for my daughter's wedding weekend. The house was like the Tardis- much larger on the inside than it appeared from the outside! The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We wish there had been a few more en-suite bathrooms (there's only one), and that there was a handicap-accessible shower in a shared bathroom on the main floor since we had multiple people with mobility issues. But that was the only thing we would have changed. The kitchens and every room were well stocked with every supply we could think of, and it was nice to have so many spaces where people could rest or enjoy visiting together. 100% would stay again.

We gathered our entire family for my son's wedding. This property is the perfect balance between "all together" and spaces for individuals and family groups to have their own spaces - and there were about 20 of us. The location is a nice balance between "neighborhood" but walkable to places like Starbucks.We also hosted the wedding welcome party in the yard. The hosts could not have been more helpful - and conveniently rented us the tables and chairs for far less than I could have gotten them from an outside vendor. We would love to go back - and highly recommend.Thank you Cristie and Stan!!!

This place had everything we needed for our reunion of 29 people from 4 generations (and 7 areas). So many bedrooms for our young adults! Host was quick when we needed anything (like a light bulb) and very understanding of the array of activities we hoped to do. A couple of things could be improved (largely the spring on the screen door) but a busy summer of renting makes that hard! We had a wonderful time and would recommend this location to anyone. Figuring out the floorplan was a little tricky, but hopefully the plan I created will work well for future visitors!

Wonderful! The design of the property is ideal: lots of small and larger places to gather, bedrooms separated from kitchen, and deck so early risers and late nighters did not disturb sleep-ins and early-to-beds; lots of games; everything clean, beautiful, and gracious. And the host is responsive and quite delightful. Our family of 30 plus people, currently ranging in age from under 1 to over 80 have met every year for decades. This was one of our best finds.

Great place

It's a little hard to tell before getting there, but the space works great for a larger group. The main house separates into 7 BR downstairs and 3 upstairs, and then 5 in the cottage. Plenty of space for all...comfy beds, clean. Kids all stayed downstairs and loved it. Hosts went above and beyond and were very responsive.

Great stay in Riverton

We had a wonderful time with our family! We were all gathered in from out of town for a wedding, so it was nice to have all our family in one place. Communication was amazing with the hostโ€ฆ always very quick to respond with any concerns we had. They even allowed us to check in early, which was so appreciated by our party. There were plenty of amenities and parking for our large group. I would definitely recommend for a large group if you are looking to have plenty of rooms and bathrooms! Location is easy to find and close to shopping!

Great place for Family Reunion

I rented this property for a family reunion for myself, my children and their familles for 4 nights. We had plenty of space for 6 couples and 16 children. Everyone had enough room and we had some fun activities both indoors and outdoors. Everything was nice and as expected. The swim spa and hot tub were great amenities. We are considering using it again in 2 years for our next gathering.

Very well-furnished with everything you would expect and more. Very responsive hosts. Every time we had a question they responded very promptly. Basically Perfect

We LOVED staying at this house. I don't think I've ever stayed in a rental house that was cleaner than this one. And it was SO well equipped for our jumbo-sized group! One huge plus about it was how many bathrooms there were. Even though we had 50 people staying there, nobody had to wait for the shower in the morning. There were loads of fun things to do for all ages; and the hosts were so helpful at every stage.I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone who needs a place to put an extra large group!

Amazing place for large groups, clean, comfy, and spacious!

Stayed here for a few nights for a big ski trip with friends! We had an amazing time and the host was exceptional. The bnb was very spacious and there were plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen space for everyone! The kitchen and bathrooms were also well equipped and stocked. The host was excellent at communicating with quick responses and also was extremely accommodating. With such a large group there are a lot of spaces and specific needs but the host was so helpful throughout the entire trip and made sure we had everything that we needed. This has honestly been one of the best bnbโ€™s Iโ€™ve stayed at, exceeded my expectations, and I would 100% recommend!

Friend and family ski trip to Salt Lake City

This accommodation is GREAT for a large group. Our group ranged in age from 15-80. Everyone had their own space to unwind yet there was plenty of space to gather as a large group and eat and socialize together. The beds were super comfy, the kitchens had everything we needed and more. The location was great with restaurants and grocery stores near by and the commute to Alta and Snowbird was easy (about 1/2 hour).The host was amazing, friendly and very responsive! There was ample parking and the property is very private. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a space to accommodate a large group and feel like you are in your home away from home!

This a good property for a large group, lots of space and individual rooms are great for couples. Having several kitchens was also very nice. Having stayed at several Vrbos and also being a vrbo owner myself, I would not say our experience was 5 Star. When we checked in the property was not what we expected. Lawn was very overgrown and lots of trash in yard and outdoor space. The hottubs were very dirty and one was not even working. The patio furniture was broken on several pieces and the main couch in the main house was also broken. The carpets in the main house were worn and needed attention. The property also had a very bad leak in one of the bedrooms and the 6 people we had planned to stay in that area had to stay at another location. The smell was so bad. The owners were out of town and very responsive. But we still had to find other accommodations. The main house is roomy and a good setup, just needs some updating and deep cleaning. The other 3 apartments were more updated and in better shape. The owners also kindly sent our group a cookie delivery that was very much appreciated. I think honest reviews are important when spending lots of money to stay somewhere.

Great property for our large group of 32 friends. 16 bedrooms, 8.5 baths, multiple kitchens, plenty of space in living room for all of us to sit and chat, several spots for cars to park was great. Hot tub was also another highlight. Host sent us local cookies as welcome treat that was a nice surprise. Enjoyed our stay a lot.
