Enjoy staying in our recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the heart of Pacific Beach! Our home offers resort living with access to our pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and fitness center within The Plaza Condominium Association.

We are within walking distance to the beach, Mission Bay, parks, shops, and all that Pacific Beach has to offer. Starbucks, Trader Joe's, Vons, CVS and other shopping is just around the corner. Very nearby eateries and cafes that we recommend, in no particular order, are The Pacific Beach Fish Shop, Elixir Cafe (excellent coffee and matcha as well as gluten-free pastries), Konitos breakfast and lunch cafe, Costa Brava Spanish and Tapas, Athena Greek restaurant and The Friendly burger spot.

Our home is a dual master suite, with each bedroom having a private full bathroom and is located in The Plaza Condominium Association. The main living area is a bright, open floor design with a southern view, where you can sometimes see the SeaWorld fireworks, depending on launch location. The private balcony is a great space to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. You may even spot a ship on the horizon from there, where there's a peek ocean view.

A pool, community grill , and a fitness center is just steps away. A secure package delivery room is also available. On-site laundry is also just down the hall and accepts payment via Apple/Google Pay, credit card or the laundry service app. Two off-street, secure parking spaces are included. One is covered and on the middle level of the gararage, and the other is uncovered and on the same level as the entrance to the condo.

Members of the condo community are friendly and diverse group of people, including students, young professionals, small families and retirees. This is also a relatively quiet community, and loud parties are not allowed.

Why they chose this property

I'm originally from the rural Midwest and had to move to the Pacific Beach neighborhood when given the opportunity to relocate to San Diego. Many people dismiss this neighborhood as a party town, but it's a complex neighborhood composed of young professionals, some college students, and many families.

I love living here because of the walkability to the beach, bay and some beautiful parks. With those public amenities so nearby, I can fulfill most of my outdoor activity desires! It's also centrally located within San Diego and is a quick car ride to several of our most famous attractions, including SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, Torrey Pines State Reserve, Little Italy, and the always buzzing Embarcadero, among many others.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique in its location and convenience. It is extremely walkable with everything you need within a 15 minute walk. The condo is located on the first floor and the same level as the building entrance and parking, so no need to worry about using stairs. The pool and hot tub are just a few steps away from the condo, providing the opportunity for relaxation on a whim. There is also an on-site pond with fountains for a nice and quiet spot to relax with a coffee or wine, or as a distraction-free spot to work or read a book. A tennis court and pool table are also on-site for competitive fun.

It is also quite secure, with 24/7 security, fob-enabled locks on all entrances, and secure off-street parking for 2 cars.
