Welcome to your perfect bayside retreat in the heart of Mission Beach. This charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom bay-front unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (best suited for 6 adults and 2 children) and offers beautiful waterfront views with an unbeatable location.

Upon arrival, access the unit conveniently via elevator and step into a bright, open living space. Sliding glass doors lead to a spacious bay-front balcony, where you can relax in the outdoor seating area and take in the views—perfect for morning coffee or evening downtime.

The full kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and ample space for preparing meals, along with a dedicated dining area for gathering together. While this unit does not have air conditioning, cool ocean breezes help keep the space comfortable.

The bedrooms are designed for comfort and flexibility. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ottoman at the foot of the bed that unfolds into a twin-size bed, best suited for two small children, along with an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, accommodating up to four guests, and there is a hall bathroom with a shower.

Additional amenities include in-home stacked washer and dryer, a bay-view dining area, and one reserved parking space, a valuable convenience in this popular beach neighborhood.

The dimensions for the parking space are 7′5″ (H) 15′ (L) 8′2″(W). San Diego Sunset does not guarantee that your vehicle will be able to fit in the parking space provided, nor are we able to provide additional parking if the assigned space is too small.

Located directly across from the Mission Beach Women’s Club, you are just steps from local bars, restaurants, cafés, and both beach and bay activities.

Wonderful spot ! It was so nicely laid out with plenty of space and two bathrooms was awesome Sun in the porch with seats was so pleasant We had everything we needed. There were some small ants and we were cooking as it was the Thanksgiving holiday. Instructions on how to turn off the living room fan would have been helpful but all in all a wonderful stay

It was great!

Everything was great, I was a little nervous because we didn't get the info about check in and check out until it was time to check in but it worked well. Plenty of space for the family, clean and had everything we needed. It was so easy to get to the beach and when we were relaxing we had a nice view of the bay! Kids already said they want to go back.

Wrapping up the summer with my adult kids. The location was perfect, we spent one day at the beach boogie boarding and one day at the bay with our stand up paddle boards. The unit was fully stocked and functional and had extra fans.

Great location - walking distance to everything. Wonderful balcony with great views. Unit has everything you need for a successful stay! We cooked dinner one night and the kitchen was well appointed for what we needed. WiFi was spotty one night but otherwise great!

Excellent stay!

This was a wonderful property for my family. There were 5 staying every night with additional family everyday for dinner. The space accommodated us very comfortably. The kids were able to play in the grass and we could easy keep track of them from the balcony. Lovely view. While there was some noise from the corner, we set a box fan in the hall at night that created white noise. Notes: there is a hair dryer, beach chairs and boogie boards so no need to pack in your car
