Perfect accommodations at a perfect location. We loved looking out the window at tha Laurentian mountains. The location is a short walk to Old Quebec.

Several lights were burnt out and one of the pillow was completely flat, so needs to be replaced. Otherwise a good location and beautiful appartment.

Anniversary getaway

The apartment is well appointed, comfortable, clean, secure and has a lovely view. Grocery store, wine shop, and restaurants just around the corner. Easy walk to St John’s gate and into the old city. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights in Quebec City and in the apartment.

The space was great, clean, very well appointed, amazing location. 5 stars all the way. My issue was the very poor communication and clarity on access. When we arrived we were given a fob for the parking garage and access cards for our room and the building. There is actually a sign on the front door that reads " Use your card or fob for access" However the cards do not in fact give you access to the building only the fob. We went out on our first night and didn't bring the fob bc we weren't using the car .We returned to the building at midnight only to discover we were locked out. We called every number we had and no one answered so we left messages pleading for assistance. Then we called VRBO and they tried every number they had and no one answered them either. It was 1 AM and we had no one to help us. Absolutely unacceptable! The only reason we didn't sleep on the street is because a resident happened to come by and let us in. Finally, with all the messages we left letting them know what happened and that we needed help, NO ONE EVER CONTACTED US. Are you serious? A customer was locked out because of your incorrect signage and registration processes and you don't bother to even check in to see if we were ok or even to apologize for a mix up?!? Again the place is amazing but you should be warned that the communication with the host is terrible and if you need something especially after hours,you are out of luck.

The water automatically turns off every evening and you have to reset the water controller in the cupboard to turn it back on. We were not informed of this on check in, only when we informed reception there was no water in the taps.

Super on a adoré le condo, l' emplacement car on a visité le vieux pour tout se fait à pied .

Super condo propre bien situé tranquille il n'y manque rien.
