We loved our stay at Julie and David's condo! It had everything our family of 4 needed - plenty of towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and beach supplies, including chairs, snorkel gear, and a little cooler. The condo was in a great location, but by far the highlight was the view of the sunset from the neighboring golf course.Julie was extremely responsive and we really appreciated the late check out so that we could make the most of our time on the island! We are already looking forward to our next trip!

We loved this property. A golf course and ocean view with beautiful sunrises in the morning. A short walk from the front door and you can watch the sunsets too! The owner was easy to communicate with and check in was very easy. The property is located close to shopping & dining and the beaches are just a short walk or drive away. Our family of four had an amazing time!

Location was Great

We had a wonderful stay with our two young kids. The location was perfect—quiet, breezy, and within walking distance to beautiful beaches. It was also a great home base for exploring the North Shore. The house had everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful with great local recommendations.

Great location, tidy Condo!

We loved the size of the property, not too big and well maintained, great location. The condo was spotless and very comfortable, well stocked with everything you need for the beach and cooking. Everything was labled for ease of use. The owner was gracious and provided lots of helpful information which made our stay very easy. Thank you!

Our stay was so wonderful! We stayed for a week and this cliff side location was the perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset. You can see the mountains and ocean from the condo but with a short walk to the cliff side on the golf course the view was even more fabulous. You can also see Queen's Bath! The stars were some of the best I've seen as there is very little light pollution on Kauai. We loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen and eating meals on the lanai. The bed was comfortable, the appliances are all updated and work well, and there was plenty of beach items to borrow! The hosts were also very communicative and accomodating. We highly recommend staying here and will be back in the future.

What a perfect little spot! We couldn’t be happier with how our stay went. This condo is located in a quiet and clean area and is close to all the north side shopping spots. The lanai faces the ocean and this is where my husband hung out a lot when we were at the condo. Beds are comfy and tons of room to put your things in you’re having a long stay. The condo is fully stocked with all sorts of dishes and baking pans. They give you a head start on dishwasher and laundry pods which is so thoughtful. They also give you enough soap, shampoo, and conditioner for your stay. Both bathrooms have a hairdryer and are fully stocked with towels and toilet paper. You truly only need to bring food and beverages. They have beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, some toys, and an umbrella so you’re ready for the beach when you step into the condo. Although you’re on the north side, the drive to the south side isn’t bad at all. We did the drive a lot and didn’t mind it. We did a kayak tour to the secret falls, hiked to queens bath, took a catamaran to the Napali coast, and had shaved ice every single day. We tried out every beach we could and went back several times to poipu. The sea turtles at poipu were so special. This was a trip our family won’t forget. Thank you for the perfect place to stay!!
