Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before you leave, I request that you: 1. Remove dirty towels from bathroom/bedroom and place in the laundry baskets provided. You do not have to remove sheets from beds.
2. Please take out all trash and recycle items. Tuesday morning is trash collection day. If you have an extended stay, please take trash cans out for weekly pick up.
3. Turn off all lights. 4. Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start. 5. Please lock front door and ensure it is properly locked before departing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No large gatherings or events. Only guests booked within the reservation are allowed at the house.

I would have gave five stars but please be advised this rental has no Washer or Dryer on sight. Also we had ten guests staying for four days and we were left 15 towels and nine wash clothes and no way to wash them. I contacted the lady that takes care of the house and she was very nice and tried to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by ordering wash clothes from Amazon and had them sent to the house. I would definitely stay here again if the owner installs a Washer and Dryer.

Perfect place for our crew

9 of us were in town for a competition. The house worked great for us 3 married couples, a baby and 3 additional coaches. Everyone had a comfortable space. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed that your review does not reflect the experience or level of service we strive to provide. Throughout your stay, we accommodated your requests, including providing a complimentary 3:00 p.m. early check-in despite a same-day turnover, and we remained responsive whenever you reached out. During the reservation, there were no significant concerns reported that would have given us the opportunity to address them. We believe, before checkin, your primary concern became a request for a refund for the final night which you were planning on not staying, which could not be accommodated under the agreed reservation terms. Following that, an additional complaint was raised regarding a missing wine opener. We also observed occupancy that appeared to exceed the number of guests included in the reservation, yet we chose to focus on ensuring your stay continued smoothly rather than escalating the matter. After checkout we also noted the stain on the carpet that required extra cleaning. We respectfully believe this review does not accurately reflect the quality of our home or the level of service we provided. We encourage prospective guests to consider our long history of positive reviews, which consistently highlight our clean home, responsive communication, and commitment to providing an excellent guest experience.
