Cook up some culinary creations in our well stocked kitchen while watching the waves.  Relax and unwind in the hot tub after a day at the beach.  Located about 100 feet from the steps to a private beach, Del Boca Vista North provides guests with the perfect setting for relaxation.

We had such a great time; house was clean & beautiful & equipped with so many extras, and plenty of space for everyone. Location was convenient to stores & restaurants, with great views of the beach & ocean. It was our first time vacationing in Topsail & we will be back in South Topsail in November for our niece’s wedding.

Family Reunion

The immediate family gathers every two years at a NC beach, this year North Topsail. Del Boca Vista North provided an excellent residence for our purpose with immediate/close beach access, bedrooms for 4 families, large rooms for family gatherings, sufficient dining areas for all 16, and as a bonus an arcade game room including air hockey. Pops won most air hockey challenges vs. all teenagers!
